Would someone do me a fovour and explain who the white coat, blonde mane, pegasas version of Pinkie Pie is. ive seen her around a bit recently and ive only been able to get her name "Surprise". I dont know why but every time i see her i am filled with dawwwwww. so if anyone could shed some light on this silly filly it would be mutch aprecated.
Surprise is based on a concept art drawing of Pinkie Pie as a pegasus pony (which she was originally slated to be).
She doesn't actually exist in canon.
There was a comic showing Pinkie making a cake for one of the other ponies (either Dash or Twilight, I can't remember) and saying there weren't going to be any tricks or surprises. Of course, Surprise hops out of the cake and shouts "surprise" which is where we get her name.
She's since appeared in a bunch of other things, becoming a fanon favorite, much like Derpy, and even has her own blog. That's where the concept of her being a Wonderbolt, as its generally assumed that all the Wonderbolts have swept back manes from all the flying that they do and that's not really how their hair looks. Surprise pointed out on her blog that she was a Wonderbolt, citing an actual screenshot of a white coated, blonde pegasus with much the same look as herself. Hense, fanonly, Surprise is one of the members of the Wonderbolts.
This is all non-canon of course, but it is cute and I like Surprise so I'm willing to go with it. :3

Heheh, thanks for the comments all! I am a hueg fan of the ask surprise tumblr, and since she "technically" is a semi-canon pony i dared hope people wouldn't be too upset about her inclusion (and her inclusion as a wonderbolt). Im a huge fan of the ask surprise tumblr obviously, which is where the surprise wonderbolt comes from (tho i can't help to think she's a deliberate easteregg).
Glad y'all got all the ponies you wanted! This week is apparently quite hectic at work but I'll keep cranking out pocket ponies as long as people want em :D
Next up should hopefully be discord and the elements of disharmony :P
I promise to try and keep from missing little things like 'lack of leg lines' from happening again everypony. We were kinda in a hurry to post this so he could start of Discord.
