Um, am I missing something? #23 is the only one that really looks like shipping to me; you could make an argument for #8 and #14, but really, either one looks more like friends just hanging out to me. None of the other drawings look close to shipping; in particular, the Discord drawing looks to be about as far from shipping as you can get.

Yup, in both the original special and the movie, there's a part where a pony flies off to get help (Firefly in the special, somepony else in the film), and she flies by both a G.I. aircraft carrier and Optimus Prime before finding Megan. Or at least, that was the plan. The executives didn't let them do it. :(

#1 Looks like the artist really put quite a bit of time into this, very pretty!
#2 Absolutely loved this; it made me laugh out loud (which I didn't think was possible tonight given my trying day). In addition to being extremely funny, that Diamond Dog looks almost cute in this artwork, something I wasn't entirely sure was possible.
#3 Not sure if this is meant to be shippy or not (probably), but either way I love the style, it's adorable.
#9 Hm this seems quite different from most of john joseco's work (in fact I didn't recognize it as his initially). Anyway I quite like it for whatever reason... I hope I'm not developing a thing for ponies in hoodies and jackets now...
