The same thing keeps happening to me, unfortunately. =( Several days ago I submitted three artworks, only one of which (Picard-Twilight with Q-Discord) ended up showing up in Drawfriend. Another of those three made an appearance later as a PMV header though, which was odd but nice I suppose...
Today I submitted two (#7, above) as well as a Flutterb!tch pic that I spent much more time on, but that didn't make it apparently. Sadness..!
Oh well, what can one do. At least there is much goodness to be seen in this Drawfriend, and people seem to like my one piece well enough (quickie doodle though it is!), joy. ^.^ Thank you all who mentioned it, glad you enjoy~!

#4 This is really lovely, and is traditional art by the looks of it. I can't quite figure out what's going on with the stuff in the foreground and wonder if the artwork was badly cropped too, but from what I can see it's very nice.

A minor detail, but it forever astounds me just how many people get that detail wrong! From front to back, red yellow blue, veer to the front, kick to the back, then veer to the front again.

The first picture of Rainbow is off the chain. Rainbow and the chain got a divorce because of how amazing she is and what not. That's how amazing it is.
Well I was on the 1st Hunbrony meeting on last Saturday since I live in hungary an it was a huge fun. There wre 33 bronies + ponies with me. (I'm a brony)
I's good to see MLP fan groups are forming around the world.

I apologize for it taking me a little bit to get back to you (very long day at work and all that)... hopefully you'll still be able to read this.
To answer your question, yes I technically do have a dA account, though I haven't used it at all in about a year and I don't have any of my pony works up there. As I explained to jodyjm13 in the #198 Drawfriend comments, I have my reasons for not doing so but have been considering going back recently... if I do I'll certainly try to let you know. If nothing else I'm thinking I'll just start posting them on my Blogger page (which, thus far I have not used) so at least people can see them. =P
