I've finally figured out why Luna and Celestia are only princesses. It's because Lauren is the queen.

I REALLY love this batch. Serious Discord shipping would just be weird, but I must say: I'm liking some of the pics that have sprung up. Plus, #8 is the cutest thing I've seen in a while. My only problem is with #10. I'm a hardcore Octavia fan, and Blueblood had better not lay a hoof on her >:( Come on, girl, you can do WAY better than him.

I get the feeling most fanart has some anatomy errors somewhere; I didn't notice anything particularly wrong with your drawing, though, so that tag baffles me. Very nice evocation of loneliness and despair.

21: I've wondered how Discord will twist Twilight, if he does twist her. I'd guess that making her an earth pony would be unlikely, although the definite opposite of her cutie mark and E of H. I think it'd rather play on her "think then act" nature, by first leading her to believe that her friends all hated her from the start, and only tolerated her for her magic powers to aid them. Then saying that Celestia carefully raised and groomed her only to free Luna, she was only a tool, a means to an end, and when Celestia had succeeded there she had tried to get rid of Twilight, through various methods: The hydra, the cockatrice, maybe trying to get a legitimate reason with the parasprites, can you tell I thought a lot about this? Then, when shes good and angry, Discord makes her impulsive, rash and violent and she attacks her friends. or he makes her reclude in on herself for the previous reasons, e.g. no one likes her, Everyone will just exploit her, and so on.
Dammit every time I think about why I dislike Twilight the fans give me a reason not to. #35.

Actually I thought it was Seth tagging it like that, and it got me angry. It's been upped on ponybooru by someone else, and it's been tagged like that - I couldn't know... I actually got angry at Seth thinking he was being a smartass about it. I don't mind criticism AT ALL, in fact I fixed the piccie. I just didn't like the whole "I'm pulling your leg about it in front of everyone", which actually wasn't intended. I sent my apologies to Seth and feel like shit right now... as I told him, I'll draw him a Trixie next.

I'm really more of Lightshipping/strong Friendshipping tastes, myself... just generally speaking. But I do love Applejack and Rarity's dynamic together, in any context (I am endlessly entertained by their arguing), so yes~
Hopefully I will have more doodles, and maybe even some nice art pieces eventually, to share in the future. ^_^

I'm really loathe to name someone else's creating, but since it's been brought up anyway, I'm kinda partial to just calling her 'Lauren'. If that's not special enough, someone on DA coined 'Tau Sunflare' for Celestia's mother, and I rather like that one too.
True, there's no need to usurp anyone's pony-naming rights. I suppose I'm mostly curious to know if any other names had been floated out there.
I suppose this is a cautionary tale...Name your own pony, or the bronies will name it for you.
