Its referrencing Neir. It was a game that though tedius, had an interesting story at least to me. It also was one of the first games that gave me a real reason to keep playing in new game+ by giving different information with new views and more insight on the story.
Ditzy Doo not as Lazy Eyed as usual, Sweetie Bell doing a Queen solo for the Diamond Dogs, and a wet Scootaloo protecting her friends from the rain. Laughter, Nostalgia and D'Awww in three hits. I'd say another successful Drawfriend has been made, good show!

I'm sorry, but IMO, that discord just looks demented. I think the first one I saw was better.
Actually, if you look at the screenshot at the Mane 6 being shocked by something, you can see two stained glass windows that depict discord, and in one he is puppeteering 3 ponies who look sorta like the crusaders, only Apple Bloom is a pegasus and Scootaloo has blue hair. There's also one of the mane 6 defeating Nightmare Moon that was probably a newer addition.
You monster. Now I want to write a Nier crossover fic.

I really do hope Discord isn't an Alicorn or pony, I HOPE he's monstrous like in the stain glass window, and I like the concept of him being made up of different creatures.
It's like someone said, "It's like his own body is arguing with itself." Which fits with his character and namesake, Discord.
I also hope that the design is anywhere close to #20, because the terrifying face just makes it.
Although, being a kids show, that's doubtful, but one can hope.

No way, man, Nier's got a big cult following. I really, really, really love Nier. It's up there in my top three favorite games of all time.
@Moxypony Nope. Nier is a great game and damned if that pic hasn't gotten me actually writing Ponier. Lyra is surprisingly fitting as Papa Nier, and Bon Bon makes a good Yonah.
