Dumb Fabric
I haven't got any pony shirts yet, because I couldn't find any that I really liked. But I would love to own every one of these! (Particularly the Sweetie Belle one).
Some pony needs to start designing socks
Banner image seems to be broken, getting an exclamation point in a triangle in white on a black background.
Anyone else getting this?
I liked the DUMB FABRIC one best.
Also, I have to say, I'm glad none of the ones with phrases like, "20% Cooler" were on the list. Personally, I think that that line is beginning to suffer from "Cake-Lie Syndrome" (i.e. being overused to the point of not being remotely funny anymore.) But maybe I'm just a spoilsport.
My favorite was the Rainbow Dash one.

I remember people saying the "Dumb Fabric" design should be made into a t-shirt. Looks like they got their wish.

Well, once I get some moar bits, I'm gonna get the top 2 shirts on the list (RD Wonderbolts and Friendship Free Fall).
Well, it looks like we can't complain about there not being any good t-shirts anymore. I really like the Freefall tee but the Dumb Fabric tee is a good one too. Great job to everyone who entered, there were some great designs there.
Too me the images on the shirts don't seem to match up with the wrinkles or stitches as if they are just images put on top of blank shirts with a simple paint program.
Now if only buying more then one shirt at a time didn't cost so much for delivery to England.
I like the 'Dumb Fabric' and Wonderbolts ones a lot, but the other three don't really excite me too much. The Free Fall one has a cool premise behind it, and I'm somewhat tired of 'Yay' being used so much. Rainbow Dash one looks nice as a picture, but I dislike how it looks on a shirt. Weird, I know.
I'm relieved beyond imagination that there weren't any '20% Cooler' or 'Ten Seconds Flat' shirts that won though. Those lines have been abused to the point where I roll my eyes whenever I see them.
YES, FREEFALL. That was my absolute FAVORITE.

I was hoping against hope that Rarity's "Whining? I am not whinging; I am complaining." would make it.
To be honest I AM VERY DISAPPOINT! The only one I like a little bit is the second one. .
I really was looking forward to buy the "make some friends" which was a "buy war bonds" reference. And I also liked the pinkie pie x-ray one. Well now it seems as if I have to make them for myself :(
I can't believe the Wonderbolts shirt beat out the Friendship Free-fall shirt. I mean it's good, but the Free-fall shirt is way better artistically.
Well whatever, definitely gonna buy that one and maybe the Rainbow Dash one under it. Great job on the contest guys!
The Wonderbolts shirt has been rated the best because it's under the radar. It doesn't shout out HEY! I Love Ponies!

I'm disappointed my favorite, the Run CMC didn't make the cut, though "Dumb Fabric", my second favorite did, so it's all good.
That Wonderbolts one isn't quite my style, but it's very nice too.
(Also, the 20% cooler shorts probably didn't make it because WeLoveFine already made those)

Third and fourth were best if you ask me. The wonderbolt one would have been 20% cooler without Rainbow Dash pasted onto it.

I specifically remember giving 4 of those a 5, and I didn't give many 5's to start with. Just shows what excellent taste the community has!
I liked the exclamation mark design better.
Hm. I think the main problem that I have with the RD design is the black used to fill in her body. If that's how it would actually be printed on the shirt, it would look incredibly strange; no matter how black the shirt is, the shirt will fade quicker than the print.
If the inside of RD was taken out, it would be fine. Just make it the colors. Otherwise... :/
I wish they'd picked more than five designs, though maybe they will in future. That said, I'm havin' that Dumb Fabric shirt.

None of the ones I really liked are there, though I might consider getting the free fall and dumb fabric ones.
So glad the wonderbolts shirt won. I love it. I also love the free fall shirt, but buying 2 shirts would be too expensive. I'm a little disappointed that a few of the others I liked didn't make it, but I suppose that's to be expected.

Glad to hear that you liked Make Some Friends, though it was kind of a long shot and I knew my friend Topshot would beat me (even if he didn't get first prize). If you are interested in a poster or something of Make Some Friends, find me on DeviantArt and I can see about getting one in your hands.

I like the minimalist Rainbow Dash tshirt the most as it is colorful and dynamic, but subtle enough that I'd expect mostly fans to connect it to MLP:FIM. There is one problem, Rainbow Dash appears to have five legs. I suspect Sweetie Belle submitted the design.
Wonderbolts or steampunk, Wonderbolts or steampunk... I'd say both, but $25 each is pretty spendy.
So glad "Friendship Free Fall" made top 4. One of the best original designs in the contest. I await mine in the mail.

I ordered the Jules Verne steampunk ponies t-shirt and it's not too bad man, $14 for delivery I think.
If you want it tracked and guaranteed and sent by UPS, it's some totally inconceivable amount like 80 bucks shipping.

The Wonderbolts design is alright. Wasn't my personal favorite, but still good. I like the Sweetie Belle one as well. Dumb fabric. XD
No run cmc or the MLP (Major League Pony) Pinkie shirt. Those were my 2 favorites. However, I do love the friendship freefall shirt. While the Wonderbolts one is a great idea, i just have the feeling it would tacky to actually wear. I would be more for that sweetie belle one if it wasnt purple, cause its a great idea and design, just not crazy about the color

Ohmygosh that Wonderbolts tee ohmygosh. I didn't think I could want a shirt this much.
I wasn't even particularly interested in the Wonderbolts before, but THAT SHIRT. I like them 20% more now. That is how cool that shirt is.
Maybe I'm just jaded or something but does no one else see a major issue with this? The site has completely ripped off every entrant.
I mean sure the chris guy one a thousand bucks but he is getting absolutely no recognition for it past that, neither are the other designers.
No DA links, no emails so they might be able to get their designs out there and make a name for themselves, just a first name and a letter.
This site just got potentially hundreds of new t-shirt designs and only paid a grand and a few gift cards for it.
I'm all for love and tolerance but seriously... they just screwed so many people over, they can even use the designs that didn't win in the future if they wish.
Perhaps I'm just being too bitter or beating a dead horse, but it just doesn't seem right IMO.

Many contests work that way and that's why I don't enter contests where the company gets unlimited use of your work for free.
Man, I didn't want Dumb Fabric to win. Now I'm actually going to have to consider getting a shirt that is clearly a pony, as opposed to a stealth brony shirt.
I'm the guy that created the Dumb Fabric design. Just wanted to say thanks for the votes! I'm glad you guys seem to like it.
As far as the concerns about compensation for the artists: The only part that bugs me (because I'm such a laid back kinda guy) was that they didn't really spell out clearly the outcomes of the contest. Judging by one of the comments on a blog post about the contest by an admin, I thought there might be a chance of some other contract. However, if I don't get any money out of it (I still don't know what the final outcome is, but it wouldn't be a big shock to me if that's what it was), I'll see if at the very least I can squeeze a few of my own shirts out of them.
