I have so much love for Octavia and Vinyl Scratch now thanks to that fanfiction. Them and Lyra are probably my top background ponies. I just love how well they're able to play off of each other. Then things like this make me d'awww uncontrollably over them and it makes me feel even better.
Same here, assuming you're referring to The Vinyl Scratch Tapes; I gave it some thought a couple days ago and concluded that this was my favorite pairing in the entire fandom.
One of my biggest regrets in life is never finding a record player large enough and strong enough to let me do that. I've wanted to since I was 3. Well now I get to enjoy Vinyl Scratch doing it which I guess is close enough.
