I saw this series earlier, doesn't seem too interesting to me but fairly well made. I imagine most people would find it fun to watch.

Agreed. As much as I like the G-mod / Pony crossovers, this series feels kind of... lacking.
But I have to admit that I still have to laugh everytime I watch the scene in part 5 where Francis is about to kill Fluttershy's attacker. "Don't hurt me, no one ever loved me." Priceless.
Aren't Garry's Mod videos usually more fast pace and silly than this? I mean don't get me wrong there are more serious videos but, well, like Fritz says this videos seems to be lacking.

I don't feel like there's some kind of "general" pace for G-mod videos. You're definitely right, there are many (nonsensical) fast paced videos out there, which I feel like is some kind of echo of the game universes they're based on (especially TF2 and L4D).
But that doesn't mean that there are no good slow paced G-mod creations out there. Just take a look at PokeGamer2011's "Longing" (EQD G-mod contest entry), a very fine made video.

Eh, they were... okay. Kinda boring though and not as funny as many others. Especially the first ones. 5th and 6th ones were a little better. I love when they smile, the "squee" is adorable.
Immersion was immediately broken for me. Red sniper hanging out with blu heavy? Never in a million years! They are wearing different color shirts for Pete's sake!
There is a bond of mutual hatred, hatred that not even ponies can break. I think the announcer says it best: "You have failed me! ... with your friendship!".
All in all, fun to watch though. Gmod vids almost always are.
um, Seth...these are pretty bad. just overall poorly made. if you're going to start giving Gmod videos posts, why not the Heavy In Ponyville series?

Hate to say this but I had to struggle to keep myself awake while watching these.
I almost fell asleep at ep5. It could have been nice but it was just too..well..slow. I guess.
