Oh god. I remember when habba habba zoot zoot was all the rage.

I feel old :(

I'm also mentally replacing the footage with http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ileMBlAqKw

Still waiting for the Higurashi Kai Op (Season 2) Opening of MLP :D

@Incorporated States: In my view posting nonsensical babble that relates nothing at all to the content at hand is just as bad as "First"ing, in fact the ONLY difference is that you chose a different word other than first.

>implying that it isn't still all the rage

Jinnai and the Bugrom, IMHO, is one of the best AMVs ever.

Hey, don't talk about my liver like that! It's very sensitive...

1: Excellent. 2: Good, but getting kinda stale (no offense to creator). 3: "lolwut", indeed.

Triboom opening wasn't bad, I like how they changed the names to proper Trigun-esque names. :)

Second video was decent, good song.

And the third one, oh goodness. lol /facehoof Hubba hubba zoot zoot!

@Anonymous
Well, yeah. But there's a difference between having found it in 2008 or whatever, and right when it was made in 2001 or 2002, and then stumbling over it again ten years later.

So I still feel old :(

1) Nice

2) I was hoping it would be that song. Seemed like a lot of ideas at once, though. It's nice to match the lyrics with the video, but it's more important to match the mood of the song than making sure every line is represented by something literal. Can't really talk, though, since I've never made a PMV myself :P

3) What is this I don't even? Nice job matching Pinkie Pie, btw.

Nice!

2) Oh look! A new song to download!

#1. meh

#2. SO AWESOME! It's refreshing to see a PMV using all characters from all episodes. I love it, even though the music choice kind of sucked.

#3. Cute like Pinkie Pie! ^^

Gotta love zootie pie.

1. Pure Rainbow Dash win.
2. It's... meh... The video is good, but nothing special.
3. Pure Pinkie Pie win. I really like it, it's so funny and just a random as Pinkie herself. Habbahabbazootzoot.

#1 Brings me back to high school so hard. Well done, Gabu!

Icehawk said...

#) I think the reward poster should have said "Dash the Stampede" but otherwise great work.

#2 Haven't heard this song yet, not bad and video is well done for it too.

#3 LOL, never heard this song either, but it works great here and it's definitely something right up Pinkie Pie's alley.

Why do I love #3 so much?

GabuEx said...

@Icehawk

My inability to think of "Dash the Stampede" was definitely a major derp moment on my part. :(

3. lolPinkie

The first two are 20% cooler.
20% cooler as what you might ask?
This is of no importance they are just 20% cooler.

But the third one is just wtf.

>Presses play on #1
>Instant nostalgia
>AAAAAAWWW YEEEEEEAAAAH!!

Words cannot describe how hard I nostalgia-ed. Thank you for making this, GabuEx.

I swear, that Thousand Foot Krutch song can be used for anything

Trigun, TFK, and gibberish...

I can die happy now!

I'm still waiting for 'This is why I trot'

@Anonymous

Jinnai and the Bugrom indeed! Woo!

This was definitely also a fair use of that song, though. Pinkie was the perfect choice.

It would have been nice to see the scene wrap back around to Twilight, though - like the last NUM NUUUUUM being Pinkie gasping and dashing away.

Either way, Internet nostalgia insanity FTW.

That second one is EXACTLY what I thought it was going to be!! And I'm happy about that! Thousand-Foot Krutch is AWESOME!!

1 and 2 I really liked...

as for 3... well I made 3. I had a lot of fun making it. I didn't think it was that trauma inducing. Thanks for all the comments and enjoy! :D

@Anonymous
Yep!

@Anonymous
It went out of popularity? I must have missed that memo...

@Anonymous
I remember seeing Jinnai and the Bugrom LIVE! at Otakon 2001 when it first aired :p

Vash the Stampede would totally be the world's #1 brony.

Cyl said...

Loved the Trigun and Zoot zoot was awesome in that wtf way.

Ekeli, The Insane Brony said...

The first one. Love trigun. 'nuff said.
Second meh didn't get into it. stopped watching.
third one yes.

relias said...

Welp time to have "H.T." stuck in my head again for the next 10 years.

I opened the second one expecting to see a good PMV with my favorite song by my favorite band with clips from my favorite cartoon in it. I am very dissapointed. It lacked a plot, and the lip sync was terrible. All in all, it looks like a random mash of clips that were slightly synced to a song. The other two were amazing, though :D Third one was lolwut indeed.
