This is a mixture of an RPG and a platformer being worked on by someone named Byrpheros. The premise of the game is to hunt down and defeat the evil that possessed Luna during the pilot episode.

That's actually really cool. I think the visuals and especially the environments could use a little tweaking, but I'm a huge fan of cel-shading and it's pretty impressive for a one-man effort that's presumably still rather early in development.
Although it suffers from the same problem that all 3D pony games end up dealing with: a good chunk of the character's hairstyles (especially Twilight and Dash) make absolutely no goddamn sense in 3D space and look really weird even when you see the back of their heads in the show. Of course, this is a problem when the camera is situated directly behind them.

Did anyone think of Tales of Equestria when reading that?
You know, like Tales of Symphonia? One of the best games for the Gamecube? I imagine Lady Ponyma and Genis and Twilight casting dual spells, and human/elf/half-elf/pony racism and ethnic relations. God, what I wouldn't give for a Tales of Equestria. Just a fanfiction, or something.
Anyway, that looks amazing. I love the aesthetic, I've always loved the cel shaded CG aesthetic. About the only criticism I could make is that the Apple family farm is a little too close to the town.

It's looking really good so far, I hope this gets all polished up nicely and released eventually. This could be a really good pony game. And by the looks of it, pretty popular.

I hate to ruin the party, but this isn't cel-shading. Judging by the amount of specularity on the tree models in the first screenshot, as well as the dim look of the lighting, I would venture that this is standard plastic shading. At the rusk of sounding like a douche, cel shading requires custom shaders to work, something I doubt an indie developer can achieve. All the sane, this looks spectacular and I want it now!

Not only is it a platformer, but it's a pony platformer. The awesome, it is too much.
Hopefully you'll get to play more of the mane cast than Twilight Sparkle, I could see being able to switch between them at will and using their different skill sets to traverse levels. That'd be sweet. :3

Everything is so shiny, it kind of makes me think that it is a 3d version of the playsets. That would be pretty cool though; The villain could turn out to be that pink Celestia toy that keeps turning up.

Uh...I didn't even draw the connection to the Tales of series...Let's hope Namco doesn't sue him over the title.
...And I think that if we actually had a Tales of Equestria fanfic, it would closely mirror the original plot of the series. Like the Magical Girl/ overarching storyline bits that Hasbro wanted cut out.
This is probably an early build, so it makes sense that this isn't implemented yet, but the sky really needs work; the first two shots which I assume are morning don't really look like it. They don't look like anything, really, the sky's just a bit deeper shade of blue than in the latter two screens.
Sweet Apple Acres should also be a bit farther away from Ponyville.
Other than that, this looks pretty good so far, and I look forward to future development.
