I would so totally take that portal. The making of really illuminated it for me. So now I must ruminate, and the only conclusion I can come to is that it is superbly made. Top drawer.
I like how the only thing possible was to put it on the moon. I mean, it's not like chambers filled with noble gases (or chambers filled with vacuums) exist or anything. That part of the video had me laughing, as did the "a lot of money." I mean, $1500 per bit isn't that bad, right?

I don't think it is what is on the other side of the portal that is interacting with the oxygen, but rather some aspect of the portal itself.
