You may be right concerning Twilight. I was so amazed when I watched "Cutie Mark Chronicles" - who would ever have thought that, out of the Mane Six, Twilight would be the cutest baby pony? I d'awwwwwed like crazy when I saw her watching Celestia bring up the sun. It's stuff like that that made me a brony. I hope season 2 will have similar happy surprises.

I used fridge logic, and I have a good idea about a Majora's Mask crossover characters! (Note: someone probably beat me to the punch, but anyways...)
Kafei and Anju could be Lyra and Bon-Bon, for obvious reasons. Skull Kid would be Luna, and Majora's Mask Nigthmare Moon (because of the motif on the moon in the picture). Tingle could be Pinkie Pie because they both float with balloons. Applebloom would Romani, Applejack would be Cremia, Winona is the dog that helps during "Them", Granny Smith would be the owner of the Doggy Racetrack, and Big Macintosh would be Grog (the guy who gives the Bunny Hood). You know, it'd be disturbing to see Derpy break down on the Night of the Final Day...
Dash could be the Sensei (I think it'd fit her to act all tough, then hid behind a sign). Fluttershy could be the Mayor (she is too reserved to break apart the argument). Twilight would be Link, but that brings up the question of the Fierce Deity Mask... The only place I can think that Rarity would PERFECTLY fit in is Deku Princess, but that just isn't right. The only other place would be Shikashi at the Astral Observatory, but...
Fridge is empty, logic gone. Geeze, I used 'could' and 'would' to much. Now, someone hack these ideas into Majora's Mask! I'm not gonna say it'd be 'SO AWESOME', but it would.
