Soooooo... anypony here watch Firefly? Anypony a Joss Whedon fan? Those of you who raised your hooves just caused me to flashback to a concert held in a convention I attended a couple years ago where a singer asked the crowd that very same question. I think there were something like 1,500 people in that room at the time, and I'll be darned if I could find a single one of them who didn't have their arm high in the air... except for me. And peer pressure had that sucker up there maybe a second later. I've never been more scared for my life at a gaming convention than I was right then.
Now don't get me wrong, Firefly's a wonderful show and this is a beautiful comic and you should all enjoy it. But if I don't tell you amusing anecdotes relating to what I'm posting, you might as well replace me with a robot. At least until they work out the amusing anecdote algorithm, and then I'm screwed. Anyway, dig in!

That's a really promising intro!
I dig the style, very close to that of the oficial comic book, and the characters seem really well placed. I was instantly happy when I saw none of the mane cast is present. These are all OC's, which I think it's better for future plot developments (Spoilers, ahem, spoilers).
Jayne's a dragon, Book's a Zebra (maybe?), and everyone else is easy to recognize. The art captures the gritty Firefly feel. All in all ,well done. Is there more?
I saw the first two pages of this a while back, this should make for a very entertaining comic. :)
Firefly ponies? i don't think they mix togther too well but this is really well done.
I remember I had a Firefly/Pony crossover dream once. I can't remember much except for River and Pinkie Pie trying to eat each other's hair with everyone else starring on confused. I really wish I could draw, That would be something to see.
Anyway, Weird ramble aside. This could be good. If Pony/Fallout 3 could work, this certainly can.

The two greatest TV shows ever, I must say, it was pretty well done.
I like how the comic gets across the "Dirty" of firefly rather than the clean, bright MLP.

It's funny. I adore Joss Whedon but Firefly is the one thing I can't get into. It just seems like a lesser quality Cowboy Bebop. The pilot was great but after that, Buffy, Angel, and Dr. Horrible still prevail.

Drawn so terribly. Don't tell me they are dirty, the problem is their mouths. I insist on looking at these gift ponies in the mouth, and they are ugly. It wouldn't be good if you just drew the show. We all know what happens in the show.

I just spent the entire summer watching firefly and serenity, and then getting everyone I know to watch firefly and serenity, and then watching all of Buffy the vampire slayer because it's still Joss Weadon and dammit he is awesome!

I always wanted to watch Firefly, but Ponies stole any chance I had to do so. Now, however, I don't need to, because I have both! Splendid!
