The only thing in that package that really noticeably relates to ponies is the logo on the mirror and the wand that says phrases from Twilight Sparkle and sound things.
For the most part, Hasbro released items that fit the original targeted audience (except for the rub to color, which would be something I'd consider buying).
But... now that I'm thinking... for people who aren't toddlers anymore, they could buy the panties, then cut out the designs and put them on . You could turn it into a badge, a hand warmer... Heck, you could even stitch them to your socks, create your own pony socks that actually fit you.
