Tehnomad sent me a few new really neat wallpapers, so I took the other ones I had in my art folder and created a small compilation! You can find everything below!
Wow, okay, I want to use the Gala wallpaper for something, but I checked the artist's dA page and it says he's going to be in South Africa for the next two years and won't be in contact with anyone :C. So much for that idea.
@Clover Fuchs Except for the glow border around the ponies, I see nothing wrong with them. I think they are pretty good myself and have been added to my wallpaper rotation :)
Come one out. You'll feel better. Really, nobody can make you feel bad/awkward/anything other than awesome about it unless you take yourself too seriously.
Pretty damn good. I need a awesome personal gaming comp instead of a shared gaming comp. my family don't mind Doctor Whooves but i nthink anything more feminine would put them off...
I checked out his journal, his front page, and the comments on the deviation. The only usage thing I saw was that he said the vectors are free to use, but that doesn't apply to the wallpapers. So I know I can't use it, but I was hoping to be able to beg an exception.
Wallpaper posts are like rare gems on this sight. Everthing else seems to happen too often to really be special. And wallpaper posts never let me down.
Looking at that Illusive Pony for me is kind of like laughing at a joke I don't get. It's SOOO awesome, but I think it would be more awesome if I'd ever played Mass Effect or had the means to do so.
I put one together myself like the last one, but it was simpler and in a pop-art style. I've kept it to myself as I don't know who the artist is that produced the original designs.
I really these, especially the ones from TehNomad.
I'm really not in for backgrounds that are too...full. That's the best word I have for it :P
I prefer darker backgrounds with only a few visual elements on it, like a picture in the corner, a non-figurative part on the other, something like that.
Anyways, maybe that's why I like his backgrounds. Very neatly done yet they wont burn my eyes out :)
NOOOOOOOO the illusive pony wallpaper doesn't work anymore, 403 forbidden ... can someone upload it somewhere else ? I changed my wallpaper by accident and it seems I haven't downloaded that illusive pony one.

If you read his dA page, he specifically leaves instructions for how his work is allowed to be used. Search the comments.

The "At the Gala" one is 12000x6747 HUGE! I could see using this in one of those 4x4 TV set arrays.
