Twilight reminds me of Patchouli the most. Both of their hair is purple, they're introverted and they live in a library. Quite a lot of similarities between them.
The Twilight ones were both excellent, but I was especially fond of the second one. The casting choices to match up to the Buffy characters were perfect, I'm especially fond of Trixie as Spike. Though that's probably just the Twixie fan in me. :D
I remember seeing that commercial quite a few years back on StupidVideos.com totally hilarious, I knew where they were going with that commercial right away XD
I read the title and I thought Walk Through the Fire was Overkill's Walk Through Fire. I was all excited and now I'm sad at myself for getting my hopes up and not reading it correctly.
I saw the commercial for the third a long time ago, and when I saw the name I instantly knew that that commercial was being parodied, if that's a word.
All three very good, all three I'd seen already. The first two were due to Youtube subscriptions, though, so it's not that EqD's behind or anything like that.
On the other hand, Twilight is the most amazing pony in Equestria when it comes to magic, and she's famous for being the pony to discover the spark of friendship.
Plus, Marisa eventually starts hanging out with other people; I don't think Patchouli ever started spending much time outside the mansion.
Oh... the third one is the reason i fear the prospect of children... I think I'd be a wonderful parent, but the fear of bad offspring keeps me wondering...

Also, yay Touhou music for #1! I always thought of Twilight as more of a Marisa than an Erin, though...
Well. Number three really made me want to do what they advertise to do. Dear lord, that was terrible.

chase66613 has a lot of other good PMVs using songs from the Buffy musical ep as well. My favorites were this one and "I've Got a Theory".
