Not much side news. Pretty much all of it got absorbed into the Brony Day event post.
We Love Fine Adds Male Brony Shirts!
Over at Welovefine.com, they just dropped a whole bunch of new stock, this time finally including male sizes. I have to admit, their designs are definitely improving. Still waiting on that Trixie shirt though! DJ Pon-3 is available.. but my favorite little smug ass magician remains to be seen.You can find their new set here!
The Phoenix Reports on Bronies
Another news organization has done a small report on us. This one primarily focuses on the My Little Pony Convention over in Rhode Island. It sounds like they expected more of us to bombard them with brondydom, but that was pretty out of the way! I heard it was filled with g1 stuff anyway.

Now I can own an official my little pony t-shirt that I can actually wear comfortably.
The new Brony shirt with Rainbow Dash just helped to get one of my friends to give the show a shot. If he likes it, we'll both be purchasing one. Hopefully he does because I sorely want all the excuses I can to buy that shirt.
The shirts excite me. I think I'm gonna order, but I need to brace myself for my parents' reactions...
Rainbow Dash dressed as Michael Jackson is amazing.
I'm a bit disappointed that the cupcake t-shirt is not in men's sizes. An awful lot of Rainbow Dash t-shirts. Someone over there must have a thing for her.
I saw the dark side of the moon shirt and my brain nearly exploded.
There needs to be a guys size of that and so many of the others!
It's a pity the only men shirts are rainbow dash. Guess they won't be getting any of my moolah.

Why are the majoirty of Rainbow Dash shirts for guys? :(
I think they should make all of the Pony designs available for both genders. Guy-shirts look horrid on me D:

Just a note on those character auditions, we may be looking for female voices, but they don't necessarily have to be from female actors. If you think you can sound like a little girl, go for it dudes. ;)

You'd think the Dark Side shirt would be their first choice to produce in male sizes. Oh well, it's a start.
OH wow, that new set is an improvement. And lots are still in girl sizes, too!
I'm caught between that sweet Dark Side of the Dash and Elements of Harmony. Both are so awesomesauce.
And my fellow lady bronies, you can still wear the man-sized ones pretty well with WeLoveFine shirts; I had to get a dude Zim shirt once (in extra small so it'd fit) and it was pretty much the same, just more a relaxed fit.
Which is good because I'm digging that Moondasher shirt too

WeLoveFine is the only officially licensed company trying to cater to us right now.
They just need to offer all shirts for all genders. Especially the Dash Side of the Moon shirt.

Those shirts are getting better, I especially like the Rainbow Dash/Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon tribute.
I'm really wanting one with the Celestia OBEY propaganda poster on it though. Something dark and not too cheery. Now I might, MIGHT I say, break down and wear a fetching two piece potato sack/banana-hammock lingerie ensemble if only it featured Luna. Luna in socks, and matching socks with Luna in socks.
