Creator of those particular MtG cards here; the idea of trying out making some pony MtG cards popped into my head this Sunday... then I ran with it.
I think I managed to "catch the idea" best with the Rainbow Dash pair, though I also very much like how the Rarity mirroring came out.
(Subnote: I am very well aware just how ridiculously powerful some of those are... *grin*)

Sidenote to anyone planning on doing pony cards: don't post them on dA unless you do all the art by yourself. That site has rather wildly varying standards when it comes to posting stuff you don't own/didn't create 100%.

None of the guys at Mega64 watched a single MLP episode? Someone tell them to do it. I mean... they enjoyed The Powerpuff Girls, Animaniacs, Tale Spin, Rescue Rangers...
they have all the prerequisites to have a total blast with MLP.
I like Mega64, so I'm glad they didn't rip FiM too much...I'm suprised they haven't tried an episode yet though. They should get on that.

I have Mega64 subbed, but hadn't watched the latest podcast episode. Decided to check it out now and skipped to around the 27 minute mark. First thing I heard:
"The ponies are animated in a sexualized way."
Went back a minute or so and found the beginning of the pony conversation...
"It's kind of, they're kinda that way that furry cartoons are like, have like their sexual nature to them, I think the ponies are drawn kinda like that."
Fucking lol'd.
But I guess it's understandable for someone who hasn't watched a single episode yet. I mean, at least 50% of all bronies watched the show to make fun of it before they realized how good it was, and several people called me a faggot who faps to horses before I got them to watch an episode. :P
I think they'd like the show if they gave it a chance. They did like some other stuff that some would consider "girly" or "childish".

I tried that world of tanks game a long time ago. At first it seemed like a lot of fun, then all my shots just bounced off the enemy and I couldn't help getting frustrated at the game from that point. =/
