Alright, I don't know if I'm the only one who has thought of this, but it has to be said.
I'm pretty sure you guys get art submitted that has not been done on the computer, but on a piece of paper with a pen or pencil. You want to talk about true art? Pencil and paper is true art, and I want to start seeing more of that. It ticks me off that their are so many images put into the Drawfriends that are done on the computer yet very few that are not done on the computer. It's like an insult to the ones that can't afford a tablet or don't have the skill to do art on the computer. It's prejudice I tell you!
But seriously, why don't you just add pencil and paper drawn art?

I never liked Kratos. He's completely unlovable, unlike other action heroes like Dante or Ryu Hayabusa. Kratoshy fixes this.

I agree, Avatar is second only to Ponies in awesome, though it wins out in action. I have stayed up all through the night twice watching it, and have never regretted it

The only caveat I would offer about Avatar: The Last Airbender is that the ending to it didn't live up to the rest of the show. Still, if you haven't seen it, I recommend it highly. It borrows many of the strengths of anime, such as character development that carries over from episode to episode, without the detriments that has turned me away from anime in the last few years (blatant fan service, brainless 'harem girls', etc.) I'd call it some, if not the best, of American animation that Lauren Faust and co. didn't have a hand in from the last decade.

Avatar: The Last Airbender is most certainly worth a watch. The first season has a few meh moments, but the second season really amps things up and the third is simply one epic moment after another.

The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra has 26 episodes planned and it takes place 70 years after the final episode of Avatar the Last Airbender, with a new avatar. Avatar is totally worth checking out. Hands down the best adventure/continuing plot line centered animated series in forever. Great characters interacting with each other and moving through the story, and a well developed world and background against which the action takes place. See it now, before the next season of pony distracts you.

Avatar had a lot in common with MLP:FiM - likable characters, an interesting world, and good animation. Just like MLP:FiM, Avatar's creators underestimated the age of the fans during the first season. The second season is solid. The creators may have gone a little too far catering to fans in the third season (they teased some elements of fans' shipping, and made a fan-service beach episode), but it has some of the best episodes too.
I don't really play the ataris or the nintendos or what have you, so #1 immediately made me think of Zardoz.

Each of the four elemental bending styles is based on an actual martial art, and they even studied a master in determining how to animate fight scenes. Waterbending is patterned after Tai Chi. Earthbending is patterned after Tiger Crane Kung Fu, although Toph has a style that's based on Praying Mantis. Firebending is based on Northern Shaolin. Airbending is based on a weird style called Ba Gua. The Avatar is the reincarnation of the physical embodiment of the planet's spirit and the only one with access to all four elements. If he or she gets upset, the Avatar enters the avatar state, tapping into his or her previous versions and giving the Avatar the ability to fold you in two without breaking a sweat.
I'll tell you right now Seth everything about The Last Airbender is miles above MLP except one thing: the dialogue. Think very serious and dire situations discussed with... well yeah what you would expect from an anime inspired Nickelodeon show. Literally it is the shows only shortcoming.
Y'know, there's a part of me that expects "Nyx" to show up sometime in MLP, but not with the name Nyx (Atlus would chase them to kingdom come) and possibly not as a filly. Probably S3 when (and if) it happens.

Avatar the Last Airbender did not always have the same amazing animation as MLP, but it picks up in the AMAZING fight scenes. They are directed by Sifu Kisu, I don't know anything about him exept that he is awesome. The plot is engaging and epic.
