A little history on the socks:
I'd like to think that I started the "Luna in Socks" thing by sending Sethisto a photo of pony socks at Target... but that's probably wishful thinking. I'm definitely enjoying the socks theme, though! It's. So. AWESOME! (Insert Dash Squeeface here)

Well, she got more of 2 lines and a gasp. In a sense ( since her personality and nightmare moon's are so drastically different ) you could say she had more theoretically I guess.
This isn't the first time a character that barely had any influence, appearance or what not has had a huge impact on the community that followed it though. Maybe it's a psychological thing perhaps?

#25- Last week I sat down and watched "Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt" to see if all the pony fan art was because the shows were similar or because of the Twilight/Stocking resemblance. My answer: This is Studio Gainax anime that is a parody of American cartoons. That should be enough of a reason why I can't explain the show. I came out of it with less of a understanding than I did when I went in. Worth a look though, just watch it in private. The title should tell you why.
