If may have been valid, but it didn't require you to be condescending or rude about it. He made a detailed post and gave his opinion in a polite manner. You certainly didn't have to respond a condescending and rude manner. You called him juvenile, but your the one who went of the way to insult him.
@Anonymous I'm implying that if there are stories of lesbian and gay horses fucking - it is not a family-friendly website, so there is no point of getting all anal about a suggestive (and funny) comic.
Whitehawk was juvenile for the very reason I pointed out. End of story.
Using a stern method of delivery in pointing this out does not make me hypocritical, telling someone to man the fuck up when they clearly deserve it based on what they say may come off as aggressive, but it is not the same as a petty attack when you have already backed it up with a valid point.
Yeah, I have read that post. He was in no way juvenile. He stated his opinion, and was quite well spoken at that. He doesn't force his point of view on anyone - and why should he? The comic has already been removed - and simply stated why he approves of Seth removing it.
Then someone comes in and tells him to grow a fucking backbone and calls him juvenile? Hypocrisy.
I can't say what I wanted to say and still remain neutral. I was trying to point out that you just called someone juvenile for calling someone else juvenile. But I didn't want to start a fight over it. It just amused me a little.
Oh my God. HE IS NOT JUVENILE. You call him juvenile because the comic will affect the way he views an episode. How is that any different than me calling you juvenile for watching My Little Pony? As long as one doesn't act juvenile, then they are not juvenile.
And yes, insulting him when he was polite and well spoken and calling him the immature one is quite hypocritical.
@Icehawk I don't see why I would need to grow a backbone, my pony folder contains quite a few rule 34 pictures, clop fictions and grimdark imagery that would easily make a grown person call me a freak.
I just did not like the comic for reasons other than "It's too saucy".
I just wanted to present my opinion and be on my way.
I'm not aggressively insulting others for not reflecting my heart's desire.
Anyway, I must go, as I need to get back to making a video. Arguing here will lead me nowhere good anyway.
Do they actually have sexual acts in those fics, or is it just kind of an attraction/dating story? Like I said, I haven't read them. If they do go as far as you say, then I agree that it is strange that people would object to one and not the other. Personally, I do think saucy comics are a little worse than saucy fics, but I don't really have a great argument to back that opinion up. Just a gut reaction to the visual stimuli, I suppose.
@Nick I wasn't even talking about Icehawk's post there. I was talking about Brian's captain obvious response to me asking WhiteHawk why'd a comic ruin an episode for him(it meant I'm implying that if a comic or a fanfic ruins an episode or a character to you, there's something wrong with your brain)
Thats fine, but the way you were presenting your points just came across as juvenile to me and I still fail to see how you could have that contradictory opinion if you already have plenty of Rule 34 pony. That comic was relatively tame by Rule 34 standards.
@Anonymous I haven't read any of local shipping stories, nor I intend to. I still disagree that imagery makes it less "family friendly" then stories of a similar content.
But that doesn't mean you are wrong.
I just don't like the hypocrisy some people show here. But I love them anyways.
Magic is all about misdirection and sleight of hand. She made and posted the second comic to redirect everyone's attention from her cheap card trick in the first.
She is a master of her craft. I will never doubt her again.
Sorry, that was a miswording on my part. I meant the points he was making were juvenile to me. Again, you can deliver something very eloquently, but the content can still be juvenile.
Well played, Mr. Bond. But you've made one fatal error. You see, neither of our posts say only the people between those lines are juvenile. Everyone below my line is juvenile, and everyone above yours is as well. Together, we have reduced the entire thread to being juvenile!
I may die, Bond, but you will die with me! AHAHAHAHAHA
An unfortunate truth, but we should all try our best to act as civil and mature as possible, regardless of all of the other noobs. Together, we can make the internet a better place for all!
Oh? And now you just resort to calling me wrong without proof because I outthought you?
You said your beef was with the content of the post, no matter how eloquently it was phrased. The content of THIS VERY BLOG is juvenile by nature. HYPOCRISY.
Usually I don't jump into these arguments, but here I go:
I find it funny that after Seth put up a moderately suggestive comic and very clearly gave it a saucy tag, people had the audacity to order him around and speak on behalf of the entire community. It's Seth's blog, he can do whatever the hell he wants with it. Why should we try to mask such a prominent part of the fandom? There was a warning, and if you clicked on it, it's your own fault.
@Icehawk, wow bro, you're so desperate not to be proven wrong you're actually stooping lower and lower with each post. Dry those eyes son, sometimes (and in this case right now) you're just wrong.
My compliant is that he didn't do what he normally does with these types of images, hide them behind links. I didn't even bother to read the warning and I imagine others didn't either because he didn't have the warnings people usually look for.
And I pointed out a ways back how it is hypocritical. Allow me to do it again, though:
You have beef with the fact that what he was saying had what was, in your opinion, juvenile content.
You are a brony. You have most likely, at some point, tried to defend your love of this show from someone who thought it was juvenile. If you haven't, chances are you've seen someone doing so, and I doubt you called them juvenile about it.
I'm thought about requesting such a page/tab, but I worry about what it would turn into. On one hand, this is supposed to be a blog, not a forum, right? But on the other hand, it would prevent these "discussions" from cluttering up the comments section for the actual material.
srsly i can't tell if you're joking or not but if you're not, then in my experience, a debate section needs a large number of mature and dedicated moderators willing and able to step in at a moment's notice to get rid of troublemakers, and a user base of mature, moderately intelligent people who can keep debates civil and mostly debate-like on their own. and if it doesn't have both of those, it will probably be a flaming disaster and you will rue the day you started it.
I'm sure there are plenty of people who would be willing and able to mod the debates, and I'm equally as sure that there are plenty of people who can debate properly.
True. I guess "prevent" was the wrong word. But as ShadowCell just said, such a forum would require dedicated moderators, more than EqD currently has.
For that reason, I would agree that a debate page would probably be a bad idea. Now, if Seth wants to make a blog post regarding a certain issue (1 at a time) that we can comment on, I think that would work better than a whole forum.
@Sethisto It seems the biggest problem wasn't the comic, but the lack of warning. If you had a huge "WARNING, SEXUALLY SUGGESTIVE COMIC" and then had the comic in a link, not an embedded picture, people wouldn't have complained as much. I think you should put the comic back up in the format that I recommended, and continue to do so for anything that could be taken offensively.
No, this is not a family-friendly website, but it looks like one and is by far the #1 website about a show for little girls. My little sister found it on her own and looked at the cute drawings. What if she came today and found this comic? What if she came yesterday and read Skittles ? It looks cute, fun, and harmless, especially when you don't know what "shipping" and "saucy" means. BTW, specifying "not for kids" wouldn't help for obvious reasons.
This isn't about people "having their show ruined", they can deal with it, it's about the responsibility of holding a blog about a kids show, and I hope Seth understands that.
Defending something with valid points is not a juvenile act regardless of what is being defended. Just because it is a show aimed at kids and we can take enjoyment in watching it doesn't make it wrong or hypocritical to point out when someone is apparently being immature on a completely separate subject matter.
@Anonymous Faust said on her DA that the mane cast are in their 20s with a maturity level in their teens. That way, they can still have jobs and responsibilities while still having things to learn about friendship. P.S. You're not very good at trolling.
@The Blind Astronomer It doesn't matter what the blog is about. Who is its audience is what matters. There are plenty of mlp-related websites for kids and EqD was never one of them.
I can bet that people who were complaining about the mildly suggestive comic have seen more disturbing porn on the Internet then most of its average users.
Its just plain hypocrisy. "I can complain so I feel empowered while I order Seth around."
It's the same reason why drug companies aren't allowed to spew the side effects at rapid speed at the end of ads any more. Yes, the warnings were present, but most people failed to notice them. Is it the viewer's fault? Kind of, but not entirely. It's just human nature. Regardless of whether or not the pic should be on here at all, we would see a lot less complaining if the saucy warnings were more visible.
True, but the thing is, those warnings were purposely misleading. If this comic was part of a link that read "WARNING, SEXUALLY SUGGESTIVE THEMES, MAY BE CONSIDERED OFFENSIVE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED" and they click on that sentence and see the comic, there is no WAY anyone could POSSIBLY say they weren't warned. And if they were warned, that means they chose to see the comic at their own discretion, which doesn't put the brony fandom in a bad light.
How was number 2 that bad? I mean honestly? When I started reading the comments I though it was the scootaloo x dash comic where you actually saw dash's vag... But the number 2 comic that was removed was nothing! Even the uncensored version really isn't as bad as people are making it out to be.
Buuuuuuttttttt I can also understand removing it. I mean Equestria Daily is like the biggest FiM fan site/news site on the internet... Keeping it G is good in that regard.
Still comic 2 should still be posted just with warnings... If someone is stupid enough to ignore the warnings and look at the comic then its their own fault. Hell if you want to be safe just add a pop up for confirmation saying "this comic contains blah blah blah. are you sure you wish to continue?" that way no one can say "oh it was a miss click..."
Having something as soft core as comic 2 on the site should be ok. Taking some precautions never hurts though. Some of us are mature enough to handle it but its the immature ones who throw a fit over something as sad as that comic...
I have a better idea. How about you find someone sane and rational and let him do the job? Take a vacation. A permanent one, please.
Or may be even better! Can we make DerpyHooves #1 pony blog now please? I know, Plaster is some cretin as well, but at last he don't roleplay as Phoe, or don't post idiotic political posts like Cereal or don't post furry shit like you, Seth. 80% of all EqD content being sent to you by fans/reader anyway, so... we can just change the flow of the information, that is.
He was making points that reflected a needlessly juvenile position on the subject matter. The piece of work in question is very tame by Rule34 standards.
See, he even covered that. I'm too much of a lazy asshole to go get the exact wording, but he said something to the effect of "It's got more of an impact because it was based off of an existing scene."
See, if you had actually read his post, you would have seen that. Assuming you did, you're just ignoring it for the sake of insulting someone else.
Not to mention you're trying to pick and choose when your definition of juvenile applies. Get some consistency, bro.
Wow Icehawk, you really love chasing Nick around to pick fights with him don't you? What's the matter? Butthurt that he had valid points before and now you want to try and beat him at something else? Grow up man. Seriously, I know all of us here need to grow up to some degree, liking MLP and all, but really dude, you are the lowest of the low. And yousomad at Nick, it's obvious. :3
"It doesn't matter what the blog is about. Who is its audience is what matters. There are plenty of mlp-related websites for kids and EqD was never one of them."
It does when unintended audience is very likely to stumble into it. When you choose to make a blog about a kids' show, and that blog gets 2 million clicks a week and is referenced in many youtube videos, it's your responsibility to make it safe for kids. They do get here on their own and look at the cute pictures. Oh, look, funny comics !
Lol, the example you just provided from his post is one of the things I was talking about when I said it was juvenile in my original response to him. That he would actually FEEL that way just because it is set up similar to an episode comes across as needlessly petty to me. Its just a fantasy of another fantasy and if he has all sorts of other Pony Rule 34 like he stated later, something like thtat *shouldn't* bother him in that way.
@The Blind Astronomer Oh look, stories about ponies! I wonder what shipping is about. Probably has something do with mail delivery. Oh well, gonna check it out!
The claim that website's owner is somehow morally responsible for kids randomly stumbling into his website is ridiculous, sorry.
Who gives a fuck how it came across to you? He was stating his opinion, and you know what? You calling him out on it just comes across as needlessly petty to me.
Also, consider this: there is no such things as "innocent minds" on the Internet. It takes a child about 20 minutes of unsupervised web-browsing to get into their first porn website.
The belief that children will be more traumatized by a suggestive comics is mainly held by adults whose mind is still in the 90th. Children have seen porn. Children know what porn is. Children aren't getting traumatized by it. Stop bringing children into the argument.
Honestly, I say this with one hundred percent sincerity. Shut the fuck up. Please. Your opinion is worthless, harmful, and downright ignorant. Fucked up in the head? Fuck you. You piece of shit, horrible human being, judgemental and terrible waste of life. How dare you say people who enjoyed it are "Fucked up in the head"? They are not hurting you. They have not done anything wrong. If its disgusting to you, that's great, I would recommend growing thicker skin and not being so prudish, but that's not my claim to make. But passing a judgement on people who like this comic as being "Fucked up in the head"? Fucking sickening.
I sincerely doubt every single little girl looking for My Little Pony content has already browsed for porn. Even if it was true, there is a huge gap between discovering sex and seeing the sexualization of ponies.
Do you even realize how much more traumatizing than porn such content can be to a little girl ? They're not as desensitized as we are. They're not even emotionally built yet,and these shows are supposed to represent innocence, to be their models.
@ElectricZoNe If you really want to see it, (I understand: Schmuck Bait, http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SchmuckBait I saw it too and I regretted.)
Well I'm sorry you feel that way, but "opinions" are not some sacred cow that are meant to be shielded from all criticism. Calling someone out on something when they feel the need to is just part and parcel of what this discussion forum is all about, whether its done sternly or politely is irrelevant so long as actual points are being made and not vacuous insults.
I disagree. Opinions are opinions, and are not meant to be criticized. Now, had he been stating his opinion as a fact, yes. there would have been an issue. But he was not. He was stating his opinion as just that: his opinion.
And sorry, but that's it. I can't deal with pigheaded stupidity for extended periods of time. I'm gone.
@jongyon7192 thanks for the link and the warning but I found a link already searching through this massive comments box. I already seen it a couple months ago in it's uncolored full version ಠ_ಠso this new slightly cleaned up version wasn't that disturbing.
@anonymous (since I still can't do that linking thing, ya I'm stupid.)
Haha...love and tolerate my ass... So... you're saying that comic WASN'T disgusting... Interesting.
If those furries really ARE not that bad, assuming they're who you're talking about, why don't they SHOW that side? I feel that it's like the Bronies that they didn't give a shit about managing the image of the fandom as a whole. It ruined them. No one likes them. I'm sure they're as cool as anyone else (AlvinEarthworm, Kitsune^2, FoxAmoore), but most people don't, and if they don't, then neither do I see any reason to not despise them.
Oh they DO hurt us. Just going around on the internet and you see fucked up shit that makes you puke. Furries are one of them.
Oh wait, as if you'll see this comment. You're probably off doing something else by now.
I just want to say something. This is Seth's site, not ours. Seth did say that he would not post porn on this site, however, his exact definition of porn may be different from yours and this is his site. The only thing that everyone can agree upon is that if it shows private parts and is meant to be fapped to then it is porn. If he had posted something like the above then demanding it be taken down would be justified, do to the fact that he would be contradicting himself. Seth did not post porn according to his standards on his site so he did not contradict himself thus making any demands against him unjustified.
Now, for people who say that he needs to accept responsibility for the fandom or I say BS. Sethiso is not our leader, he has never said he was our leader, and we never made him our leader. He is one of us and thus has no responsibility for us. The fact that this site is so popular only would make him a jerk if he posted something that made us out in a bad light. it would not make him "wrong" as many of you are suggesting. For the children argument a child is their guardian's responsibility, no one else's.
I would also like to ask everyone to ask their selves something. If you had the power to, would you force Seth to not post that comic. If so, what if you ran your own site and someone forced you do do something against your will? How would you feel?
Next, I would like to point out that if someone has an intolerant opinion, they are not wrong. However, arguing with someone who has an intolerant opinion is not intolerant if you do not attempt to force someone to be tolerant.
Intolerance is when you would force someone to do something you want them to do if you had the power to do so.
Finally, I would just like to say that my opinion of "wrong" is when you infringe upon the rights to life, liberty, and property of someone else. I base my personal morals around rights, I don't base peoples rights around my personal morals.
@Double 'Why should we try to mask such a prominent part of the fandom?' -To protect the reputation of the fandom's majority, as this is one of the largest hubs of the brony community, one which many people who are new to MLP soon find, and one which minors may also find easy to discover (not saying I disapprove of anything borderline racy, nor the grimdark fics and whatnot, just that it's good to have some limits in place)
I support Sethisto's decision to remove the comic not because I find it offensive, but because I'm not sure it's something the majority of bronies are comfortable being associated with. In my opinion, removing it was a wise decision, just to be safe.
I think that taking care when selecting what to include and what not, and risk offending those who do want to see such excluded things on the blog, will cause less discomfort overall than being more lax with what is posted, and risk offending broader types of people, including those new to the fandom, and those outside of it altogether
Just my 2 cents, not demeaning anyone else's opinion. I think discussing this is a good thing, let's just try to keep civil about it :)
Also I agree that it is ultimately Sethisto's decision to make and that no-one should expect him to cave in to either side just because we make noise about it. While I do agree with Seth's decision here I'd say the same think even if I disagreed with it
@jongyon7192p Here is something I posted an another furry debate. I hope it interests you:
Whenever I have seen a furry respond to questions in an interview such as "Is it true that you people enjoy erotic anthropomorphic art, dress up in fursuits and go to conventions?" pretty much every reply is the same and boils down to something like this: "Well.. some of us do that stuff but only a minor percentage and those people are usually shunned upon by the rest of the community."
The reporters expect this reply and then use the logic, "They are ashamed, thus it is all true."
However, If they were to say something along the lines of: "Yeah, some of us enjoy erotic anthropomorphic art and some of us do dress up in fursuits, so what? What a man does in private is his own business and who are we to deny or shun his right to do so? A furry is simply someone who enjoys anthropomorphic art. No matter the way, shape, or form. Simple as that."
If they reply like that then it would place them on the moral high ground and thus, make it obvious that the reporter is just a giant dick for judging people based on what they like and don't like while the furry would look honorable for defending his fellow furries without shame.
It might seem a little bit unrelated but it portrays what I try and get across.
*checks first comic, unaware there has ever been a second one*
*notice almost 500 comments in less than an hour*
*check comments to find out what the commosion is about*
-.-' honestly, bronies, pull yourself together.
A saucy (even if extra saucy) comic was posted. Now I'm completly fine with people wording their opinions and showing their dislike for such material, but there's a huge difference between wording concerns and hysterically freaking out.
Take a deep breath before letting out your full emotional distress in a comment.
I haven't read all the comments, but honestly, has any of you actually asked Sethisto politely to "please remove it" instead of predicting the ponypocalypse or worse falling on the world?
Same guy here. You seem to think that because they produce something "Disgusting", that it is hurting people. For one, MANY and I would argue MOST people wouldn't find this comic "Disgusting". Unnerving, maybe, disturbing perhaps, but sickening? Please, this is child's play compared to other things adults have seen. You don't see any reason not to despise them? I'm sorry, but, do you lack morality? Do you lack the ability to respect the rights of a group of people you disagree with? Because, not to use a ridiculous comparison, you sound like Hitler with that attitude. They produce cartoon anthropomorphic animal sex. They don't force you to watch it. You choose that yourself. If it disgusts you, that's great, like I've said before, grow thicker skin. You have the right to hate them and denounce them, but it doesn't mean that it IS right. A large amount of people find anthropomorphic animals attractive, and to pass judgement that there is something mentally wrong with these people is just as idiotic as it is wrong.
why so many people mad this is the INTERNET the second one was tame compared to some of the stuff floating around i.e. this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWyQlryTt-0
@Filieces(gah how do you guys do that? Look at that! Is the name blue? no probably not)
"Yeah, some of us enjoy erotic anthropomorphic art and some of us do dress up in fursuits, so what? What a man does in private is his own business and who are we to deny or shun his right to do so? A furry is simply someone who enjoys anthropomorphic art. No matter the way, shape, or form. Simple as that."
That looks like something really easy to bash at, make fun of. "OMG theze guyz watch furry pron & wear furrysuits! should be ashamed of thmeselves!!11?1!"
If those really are a minority, it's probably best to make it CLEAR that they are only a minority. Because that is the TRUTH, and they are clearly WRONG to think otherwise. I mean look! Even I thought furries were all like that! If you think 'furry' what's the first thing you think of? Exactly. All I know is, they weren't good at keeping their image.
@jongyon7192p I'd agree if you said that "We need to make it clear that they don't represent the fandom as a whole as well as stating that they are a minority.
What I'm against is saying that they are a minority and SHUNNING them for it. It just came across to me that you implied that people who do enjoy the erotic pony art are vile and should be shunned. If that's not what you meant then sorry for the misunderstanding.
@Sethisto It's calmed down into more of a debate than a fight I think. I waited for people to calm down(including myself)before posting my main argument.
CHILD'S PLAY?! SHE. WAS. LICKING. HER VAGINA. Very subtle and implied INDEED! I mean... it's bad enough is what I'm saying...
"you sound like Hitler with that attitude."
Gah...Godwin's Law. But fine, I see your point. I don't disagree with them, but everyone else doesn't like them. Nothing to do with democracy or anything, just that the majority is probably right. Or more sane :D and normal, obviously. Confine to their views or CHANGE their views.
Another thing is there is a freedom of what you can be, but you still must take the consequences. Say...ok, say you join... any religion. From then on, the general views and stereotypes of that group will apply to you, too. Wether it's true or not.
They produce cartoon anthropomorphic animal sex. They don't force you to watch it. You choose that yourself. If it disgusts you, that's great, like I've said before, grow thicker skin.
They don't force me, but it's inevitable that I will hit one by accident or prank. Not their fault I know and I agree that I should just...*ugh, blech* and move on.
"...it doesn't mean that it IS right." Ya, doesn't mean it's wrong either. :D YOU also have the right to NOT hate them and defend them but does that mean you're right? It's subjective. Both of us are neither right or wrong.
"A large amount of people find anthropomorphic animals attractive," Sorry I keep using quotes but aw cmon! how many people are furries?!
ok I wrote this in a rush, gotta go somewhere. so sorry but if you reply to this, I won't be able to see it, sorry.
Finally saw it...I've seen things 300 times worse concerning this show.
I can understand if you wanna keep the site clean for the kiddies who visit. (yes I know a few who do). But in all honesty if you can't stomach THAT I'm surprised you are on the net ;p
@Filiecs The best responses to those types of questions are "I don't know.", "Who cares?", and "It's none of my business." otherwise you give the impression that there is some sort of dark side that you are (or should be) ashamed of.
Even simply pointing out that those people who enjoy the erotic part of whatever fandom are in the minority doesn't do any good because it implies that their behavior is somehow harmful or undesirable.
Okay, posting that kind of "saucy" crap is tantamount to supporting it, and I'd like to think this site is better than that. Those who abuse something as bright and innocent as MLP;FiM in that way give Bronies a bad name. I'd hate to see this wonderful site degenerate into a furry haven. Hopefully MLP:FiM's adult appeal is its magic and its message, NOT that it's provided some troubled individuals with a new fetish. Bleah.
While we do already have a bad name as is, I don't think that comic was really the worst, or that it really maters now. It's gone. (Thank you Seth.) -_-"
you're on the internet. grow up and deal with it, or leave.
there are commercials on tv that are more suggestive and shown to people of all ages. if you live a sheltered life, it will only be worse when reality come crashing down around you. the only reason this might be considered offensive is because other people have told you so.
god damn it. whats wrong with everyone?
inb4 i get linked to a story along the lines of "what my daughter witnessed two cartoon ponies doing that will scar her for the rest of her life"
YOU DO REALIZE ALL OF THE COMMENTS OF "OH MY GOD TOO SAUCY!" AND "NEEDS TO BE REMOVED PLEASE"
THEY ALL COME FROM TROLLS WHO TRY TO GET YOU TO REMOVE IT JUST TO FEEL ACCOMPLISHED AND TO HURT THE REST OF US WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO SEE THAT CONTENT. SO WITHOUT FURTHER RAMBLING...
http://equestria-after-dark.blogspot.com/
HOLY SHIT GUYS HE ACTUALLY ENCOURAGES EROTICA AND A SO CALLED SAUCY DERPY HOOVES! OMG NO WAI! DELETE THIS BLOG AT ONCE!
hey kids, Pinkie Pie was having passionate lesbian sex with Rainbow Dash in that comic. Tongues going everywhere, saliva landing on the ground (and other bodily fluids).
The above was worse then the actual comic. But let's see if i can leave this comment here for all to see.
Much obliged. You may need a DA account to actually follow the link directly, if you don't have a DA account just go to the main part of the address ending with .com and select the link on the page for "Over a Rainbow - Clop Lite"
Well, now, that links to both SFW and NSFW versions of this comics were posted in this thread at least 50 times, I can definitely say - GREAT SUCCESS censor Nazis.
Ze internet is saved from the horrible suggestive comic, and nobody browsing EqD will ever find it now.
Perhaps. It just seems too me that the majority of the BS posts seem to be from anons. Sure, some of the more protracted arguments were from the named folks, but...
It's just that when the named folks do stupid crap, it's archived and they can't get away from it as easy as some nameless, faceless shmuck with a mouth and something to say.
This seems to be the trend over most of the posts here.
(Nothing against the particular anon who addressed me, just aimed at mouthy anons in general.)
All of these prudish people are exactly why I don't like visiting here anymore. Also, this isn't exactly a children's site, so why does everyone keep saying it is? There is PMV's featured that have swearing in it!
Just put a warning underneath it. If people don't like it then don't click on it. As for us maintaining our reputation....well R34 is going to pop up no matter what, and I like to think we won't let it define us (furries I'm looking at you) so there is little to worry about. tl:dr Guys stop bitching. It really doesn't matter that much.
@Anonymous 'THEY ALL COME FROM TROLLS WHO TRY TO GET YOU TO REMOVE IT JUST TO FEEL ACCOMPLISHED etc. etc.' -nope.avi
While I agree with Seth's decision to remove it, I still agree with the right for those who disagree, such as yourself, to voice their opinion. Accusing all the people who disagree with you of trolling is a bit of a cop-out

ReplyDeleteOh anon, you so silly.

ReplyDeleteIf may have been valid, but it didn't require you to be condescending or rude about it. He made a detailed post and gave his opinion in a polite manner. You certainly didn't have to respond a condescending and rude manner. You called him juvenile, but your the one who went of the way to insult him.
I'm seeing serious immaturity on both sides of the argument, to be honest.
ReplyDelete@Anonymous I'm implying that if there are stories of lesbian and gay horses fucking - it is not a family-friendly website, so there is no point of getting all anal about a suggestive (and funny) comic.
ReplyDelete/Love and tolerance.
@Nick
ReplyDeleteWhitehawk was juvenile for the very reason I pointed out. End of story.
Using a stern method of delivery in pointing this out does not make me hypocritical, telling someone to man the fuck up when they clearly deserve it based on what they say may come off as aggressive, but it is not the same as a petty attack when you have already backed it up with a valid point.
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteYeah, I have read that post. He was in no way juvenile. He stated his opinion, and was quite well spoken at that. He doesn't force his point of view on anyone - and why should he? The comic has already been removed - and simply stated why he approves of Seth removing it.

I was trying to point out that you just called someone juvenile for calling someone else juvenile. But I didn't want to start a fight over it. It just amused me a little.
@Icehawk
ReplyDeleteOh my God.
@Nick
ReplyDeleteSomeone can be "well spoken" and still be juvenile in what they are saying.
@Matrilwood
ReplyDelete>I was trying to point out that you just called someone juvenile for calling someone else juvenile
Now you are being juvenile for calling someone who called someone juvenile juvenile.
Juvenception.
@Icehawk I don't see why I would need to grow a backbone, my pony folder contains quite a few rule 34 pictures, clop fictions and grimdark imagery that would easily make a grown person call me a freak.
ReplyDeleteI just did not like the comic for reasons other than "It's too saucy".
I just wanted to present my opinion and be on my way.
I'm not aggressively insulting others for not reflecting my heart's desire.
Anyway, I must go, as I need to get back to making a video. Arguing here will lead me nowhere good anyway.
Ok, stop it both of you, this is going no where.
ReplyDelete@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteDo they actually have sexual acts in those fics, or is it just kind of an attraction/dating story? Like I said, I haven't read them. If they do go as far as you say, then I agree that it is strange that people would object to one and not the other. Personally, I do think saucy comics are a little worse than saucy fics, but I don't really have a great argument to back that opinion up. Just a gut reaction to the visual stimuli, I suppose.
Pff, you guys think that's juvenile? Amateurs.
ReplyDeleteEveryone below this line is juvenile:

@Bosstone
ReplyDeleteWell done, sir. Well d...*looks up*. Oh shoot.

ReplyDeleteEveryone above this line is juvenile.
SHAZAM. Countered, mofo!
@Nick
ReplyDeleteI wasn't even talking about Icehawk's post there.
I was talking about Brian's captain obvious response to me asking WhiteHawk why'd a comic ruin an episode for him(it meant I'm implying that if a comic or a fanfic ruins an episode or a character to you, there's something wrong with your brain)
lol, that was epic XD
ReplyDelete@WhiteHawke
ReplyDeleteThats fine, but the way you were presenting your points just came across as juvenile to me and I still fail to see how you could have that contradictory opinion if you already have plenty of Rule 34 pony. That comic was relatively tame by Rule 34 standards.
@Anonymous I haven't read any of local shipping stories, nor I intend to. I still disagree that imagery makes it less "family friendly" then stories of a similar content.
ReplyDeleteBut that doesn't mean you are wrong.
I just don't like the hypocrisy some people show here. But I love them anyways.
This comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDelete@Icehawk
ReplyDeleteBullshit it was "the way he presented his points." His presentation was among the least juvenile in this entire 400+ comment thread.
You know what's juvenile?
ReplyDeleteThis continuing argument.
Trixie is a master magician.
ReplyDeleteMagic is all about misdirection and sleight of hand. She made and posted the second comic to redirect everyone's attention from her cheap card trick in the first.
She is a master of her craft. I will never doubt her again.
@NickI suggest we all gather together and issue "The most juvenile post of the thread" award.
ReplyDelete@ShadowCell
ReplyDeleteShe should try her act on "Equestria's Got Talent"
@Nick\
ReplyDeleteSorry, that was a miswording on my part. I meant the points he was making were juvenile to me. Again, you can deliver something very eloquently, but the content can still be juvenile.
*Sigh* I guess I should just accept there is no such thing as maturity on the internet.
ReplyDelete@Icehawk
ReplyDeleteYou're going to judge him based on the content of his eloquent post? His eloquent, politely worded post?
Then we're all juvenile assholes, because everyone here has defended his love of a show intended for little girls. Really now.
@Nick
ReplyDeleteWell played, Mr. Bond. But you've made one fatal error. You see, neither of our posts say only the people between those lines are juvenile. Everyone below my line is juvenile, and everyone above yours is as well. Together, we have reduced the entire thread to being juvenile!
I may die, Bond, but you will die with me! AHAHAHAHAHA
@Matrilwood
ReplyDeleteI was perfectly willing to end it there. He felt the need to nitpick my mistake.
Why is being juvenile a bad thing all of a sudden? You will lose and internet argument or a suggestive cartoon ponies comic? Oh no!
ReplyDelete@Icehawk
ReplyDeleteNo need to explain yourself. Everywhere I go it's always the same thing. Fights fights and more fights.
@Nick
ReplyDeleteDry those eyes son, sometimes your just wrong. ;)
@Bosstone
ReplyDeleteI was well aware of this fact. But in so doing, I FORCED you to become juvenile as well! Two can play at this game!
@Icehawk
It was an important nitpick. Your entire argument in that post was dependent on the wording of it.
@Matrilwood
ReplyDeleteAn unfortunate truth, but we should all try our best to act as civil and mature as possible, regardless of all of the other noobs. Together, we can make the internet a better place for all!
*gets off of my soapbox*
So, anyone watched some good movies lately?
ReplyDelete@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteNo, but I heard Captain America was alright. Same with Horrible Bosses, can't wait to see that!
@Icehawk
ReplyDeleteOh? And now you just resort to calling me wrong without proof because I outthought you?
You said your beef was with the content of the post, no matter how eloquently it was phrased. The content of THIS VERY BLOG is juvenile by nature. HYPOCRISY.
@Anonymous
ReplyDeletehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juvenile_%28film%29
@Bosstone
ReplyDeleteI C WUT U DID THAR
@Anonymous Nice! It's been a while since we had anything descent going in theatres.
ReplyDeleteUsually I don't jump into these arguments, but here I go:
ReplyDeleteI find it funny that after Seth put up a moderately suggestive comic and very clearly gave it a saucy tag, people had the audacity to order him around and speak on behalf of the entire community. It's Seth's blog, he can do whatever the hell he wants with it. Why should we try to mask such a prominent part of the fandom? There was a warning, and if you clicked on it, it's your own fault.
@Nick
ReplyDeleteYes, that is what a proper criticsm requires, that you attack the SUBSTANCE and NOT the style.
@Icehawk, wow bro, you're so desperate not to be proven wrong you're actually stooping lower and lower with each post. Dry those eyes son, sometimes (and in this case right now) you're just wrong.
ReplyDelete@Bosstone
ReplyDelete"Tetra is kept from adult eyes in Yusuke's closet."
I lol'd a little. In this instance, I am juvenile. And I'm okay with that. Alright, I've wasted way too much time here, time to do go back to work.
*brohoof*
@Double Because its the Internet and people will complain about anything.
ReplyDeleteWhoops, sorry for carrying on with the arguments. I didn't know that they had stopped. My bad.
ReplyDeletethis is going to make quite a letter to the princess
ReplyDelete@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteYep, I guess that's the truth of it.
@Icehawk
ReplyDeleteAnd the thing you based your critique on just happened to be hypocritical to the max.
@ShadowCell
ReplyDelete"Dear Princess Celestia,
You are NOT going to believe what I caught Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash doing today!"
@Double
ReplyDeleteMy compliant is that he didn't do what he normally does with these types of images, hide them behind links. I didn't even bother to read the warning and I imagine others didn't either because he didn't have the warnings people usually look for.
I should open up a debate section
ReplyDelete@Nick
ReplyDeleteI already pointed out a ways back back how it was not hypocritical. Going in circles here is not going to get you anywhere.
@Brian Well, admit it, aside of it horrible and graphic imagery of traumatizing sexual content, it was quite funny and well-drawn.
ReplyDelete@Sethisto
ReplyDeleteThat would be excellent :)
@Sethisto
ReplyDeleteNoooooooo
Seriously, you think this is juvenile NOW...
@Sethisto
ReplyDeleteYES.
@Icehawk
HYPOCRISY.
psssh, I was juvenile before it went mainstream.
ReplyDelete@Sethisto
ReplyDeleteI'm thought about requesting such a page/tab, but I worry about what it would turn into. On one hand, this is supposed to be a blog, not a forum, right? But on the other hand, it would prevent these "discussions" from cluttering up the comments section for the actual material.
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteI doubt it would completely prevent it, since this is the Internet and anons gonna anon, but yeah, it would help keep it to a minimum.
@Sethisto
ReplyDeleteno, you shouldn't. >>
srsly i can't tell if you're joking or not but if you're not, then in my experience, a debate section needs a large number of mature and dedicated moderators willing and able to step in at a moment's notice to get rid of troublemakers, and a user base of mature, moderately intelligent people who can keep debates civil and mostly debate-like on their own. and if it doesn't have both of those, it will probably be a flaming disaster and you will rue the day you started it.
if you're joking then herp derp never mind.
@ShadowCell
ReplyDeleteI'm sure there are plenty of people who would be willing and able to mod the debates, and I'm equally as sure that there are plenty of people who can debate properly.
I'd be willing to be a mod myself, if necessary.
I think "mature and intelligent debate" over a pony comic is an oxymoron.
ReplyDelete@Nick
ReplyDeleteTrue.
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteI think it could be done. It would just require some thought to go into it and not just be posting a page and going 'HERE GUYS, DEBATE!'
But Seth's good, I think he could handle it well enough.
ReplyDeleteNo, this is not a family-friendly website, but it looks like one and is by far the #1 website about a show for little girls.
ReplyDeleteThis isn't about people "having their show ruined", they can deal with it, it's about the responsibility of holding a blog about a kids show, and I hope Seth understands that.
And then one group of sillies argued with the other group of sillies all day loooooong...
ReplyDeleteAnd that's how Equestria was made!
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteYou mean... I helped make Equestria?
HELL YES.
@Nick
ReplyDeleteDefending something with valid points is not a juvenile act regardless of what is being defended. Just because it is a show aimed at kids and we can take enjoyment in watching it doesn't make it wrong or hypocritical to point out when someone is apparently being immature on a completely separate subject matter.
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteFaust said on her DA that the mane cast are in their 20s with a maturity level in their teens.
ReplyDeleteI can bet that people who were complaining about the mildly suggestive comic have seen more disturbing porn on the Internet then most of its average users.
Its just plain hypocrisy. "I can complain so I feel empowered while I order Seth around."
@Icehawk
ReplyDeleteAnd so how was Whitehawk being juvenile in the slightest? He was using valid points to explain why he was happy the comic was taken down.
See, now you're just contradicting yourself. Dry those tears, love. Sometimes you're just wrong.
I liked both comics...
ReplyDeleteWhy the fuck did I read through all this?
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteIt's the same reason why drug companies aren't allowed to spew the side effects at rapid speed at the end of ads any more. Yes, the warnings were present, but most people failed to notice them. Is it the viewer's fault? Kind of, but not entirely. It's just human nature. Regardless of whether or not the pic should be on here at all, we would see a lot less complaining if the saucy warnings were more visible.
Are you people new to the internet or something?
ReplyDeleteI guess I've just been desensitized....didn't even see what had alot of people feeling "victimized" but meh; doubt I would of cared.
@ Anon 3:14
ReplyDeleteTrue, but the thing is, those warnings were purposely misleading.
ReplyDeleteBuuuuuuttttttt I can also understand removing it.
@Sethisto
ReplyDeleteI have a better idea.
Would be awesome.
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteFair enough. Maybe it wasn't a perfect analogy. But we still agree, I think.
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteIf you don't like EqD, don't be on the site. It's your choice.
@Nick
ReplyDeleteHe was making points that reflected a needlessly juvenile position on the subject matter. The piece of work in question is very tame by Rule34 standards.
@Anonymous oh, someone is mad.
ReplyDelete@Icehawk
ReplyDeleteYeah, no. Sorry, but that's not going to fly.
ReplyDeleteHaters gonna hate. :D
Thank you for deleting it
ReplyDelete@Anonymous
ReplyDelete"It doesn't matter what the blog is about.
@Nick
ReplyDeleteLol, the example you just provided from his post is one of the things I was talking about when I said it was juvenile in my original response to him. That he would actually FEEL that way just because it is set up similar to an episode comes across as needlessly petty to me. Its just a fantasy of another fantasy and if he has all sorts of other Pony Rule 34 like he stated later, something like thtat *shouldn't* bother him in that way.
Hey.
ReplyDeleteTHAT. WAS. DISGUSTING. I think we can all agree to that.
Most of us who're not fucked up in the head, that is.
(Even the censored version was clearly crossing the line. It censored what? one panel and some small details and that's it.)
@The Blind Astronomer Oh look, stories about ponies! I wonder what shipping is about. Probably has something do with mail delivery. Oh well, gonna check it out!
ReplyDeleteThe claim that website's owner is somehow morally responsible for kids randomly stumbling into his website is ridiculous, sorry.
@Icehawk
ReplyDeleteWho gives a fuck how it came across to you? He was stating his opinion, and you know what? You calling him out on it just comes across as needlessly petty to me.
Also, consider this: there is no such things as "innocent minds" on the Internet. It takes a child about 20 minutes of unsupervised web-browsing to get into their first porn website.
ReplyDeleteThe belief that children will be more traumatized by a suggestive comics is mainly held by adults whose mind is still in the 90th. Children have seen porn. Children know what porn is. Children aren't getting traumatized by it. Stop bringing children into the argument.
Let's be honest, there was a fair warning.
ReplyDeleteWhat the fuck, I want to see the second comic Dammit!
ReplyDelete@jongyon7192p
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I say this with one hundred percent sincerity.
ReplyDeleteDo you even realize how much more traumatizing than porn such content can be to a little girl ? They're not as desensitized as we are. They're not even emotionally built yet,and these shows are supposed to represent innocence, to be their models.
@Beige Monkfish
ReplyDeleteNo there wasn't. Not when the modus operandi for the site is to hide it behind a link with a warning.
and it broke 500 posts with less than 50 being about the first comic.
ReplyDelete@ElectricZoNe
ReplyDeleteIf you really want to see it, (I understand: Schmuck Bait,
http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SchmuckBait
I saw it too and I regretted.)
Censored:

Uncensored:
http://my.deviantart.com/messages/#/d41pgi3
(also how do I do that @username thing? yknow, direct linking to a comment.)
@Nick
ReplyDeleteWell I'm sorry you feel that way, but "opinions" are not some sacred cow that are meant to be shielded from all criticism. Calling someone out on something when they feel the need to is just part and parcel of what this discussion forum is all about, whether its done sternly or politely is irrelevant so long as actual points are being made and not vacuous insults.
@Icehawk
ReplyDeleteI disagree.
ReplyDelete@anonymous
ReplyDelete(since I still can't do that linking thing, ya I'm stupid.)
@jongyon7192p
ReplyDeletetesting
I just want to say something.
ReplyDeleteThis is Seth's site, not ours.
This comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDelete@Double
ReplyDelete'Why should we try to mask such a prominent part of the fandom?'
-To protect the reputation of the fandom's majority, as this is one of the largest hubs of the brony community, one which many people who are new to MLP soon find, and one which minors may also find easy to discover (not saying I disapprove of anything borderline racy, nor the grimdark fics and whatnot, just that it's good to have some limits in place)
While I do agree with Seth's decision here I'd say the same think even if I disagreed with it
ReplyDelete@jongyon7192p
ReplyDeleteHere is something I posted an another furry debate.
ReplyDelete*notice almost 500 comments in less than an hour*
*check comments to find out what the commosion is about*
-.-' honestly, bronies, pull yourself together.
A saucy (even if extra saucy) comic was posted.
Now I'm completly fine with people wording their opinions and showing their dislike for such material, but there's a huge difference between wording concerns and hysterically freaking out.
Take a deep breath before letting out your full emotional distress in a comment.
I haven't read all the comments, but honestly, has any of you actually asked Sethisto politely to "please remove it" instead of predicting the ponypocalypse or worse falling on the world?
Wow, I didn't realize people took cartoon ponies so seriously.
ReplyDelete@Filiecs
ReplyDeleteActually that's a pretty good point you are making there. I approve.
@ My previous comment: sorry, *500 comments in 4 hours*
@jongyon7192p
ReplyDeleteSame guy here.
ReplyDelete@Filieces(gah how do you guys do that? Look at that! Is the name blue? no probably not)
ReplyDelete"Yeah, some of us enjoy erotic anthropomorphic art and some of us do dress up in fursuits, so what? What a man does in private is his own business and who are we to deny or shun his right to do so? A furry is simply someone who enjoys anthropomorphic art. No matter the way, shape, or form.
Woah this is still going on?
ReplyDeleteYou guys really do love to fight :p
And I love you, Seth.
ReplyDelete@jongyon7192p
ReplyDeleteI'd agree if you said that "We need to make it clear that they don't represent the fandom as a whole as well as stating that they are a minority.
What I'm against is saying that they are a minority and SHUNNING them for it.
It just came across to me that you implied that people who do enjoy the erotic pony art are vile and should be shunned. If that's not what you meant then sorry for the misunderstanding.
@Sethisto
ReplyDeleteIt's calmed down into more of a debate than a fight I think. I waited for people to calm down(including myself)before posting my main argument.
CHILD'S PLAY?! SHE. WAS. LICKING. HER VAGINA. Very subtle and implied INDEED!
ReplyDeleteI mean... it's bad enough is what I'm saying...
"...it doesn't mean that it IS right."
Ya, doesn't mean it's wrong either. :D YOU also have the right to NOT hate them and defend them but does that mean you're right? It's subjective. Both of us are neither right or wrong.
"A large amount of people find anthropomorphic animals attractive,"
Sorry I keep using quotes but aw cmon! how many people are furries?!
ok I wrote this in a rush, gotta go somewhere. so sorry but if you reply to this, I won't be able to see it, sorry.
LMAO
ReplyDeleteFinally saw it...I've seen things 300 times worse concerning this show.
I can understand if you wanna keep the site clean for the kiddies who visit. (yes I know a few who do). But in all honesty if you can't stomach THAT I'm surprised you are on the net ;p
@Sethisto
ReplyDeleteIndeed we do. So get on making that debate section :D
@Filiecs
ReplyDeleteThe best responses to those types of questions are "I don't know.", "Who cares?", and "It's none of my business." otherwise you give the impression that there is some sort of dark side that you are (or should be) ashamed of.
Even simply pointing out that those people who enjoy the erotic part of whatever fandom are in the minority doesn't do any good because it implies that their behavior is somehow harmful or undesirable.

ReplyDeleteFor the record, you do it by clicking the 'Reply' button next to the post you want to reply to :)
My faithful student,
ReplyDeleteIcehawk was right, Bosstone was right, Nick, Brian, Whitehawk and Fabulous were wrong.
Sincerely,
Princess Celestia
Ya'll still be arguing about this? Well, it's important to bleat like sheep, I guess.
ReplyDelete@The Blind Astronomer But this site is for the adult MLP fans and what about grimdark how do you feel about that?
ReplyDelete@Celestia
ReplyDeleteBecause saying you're Celestia totally makes you right.
@Incorporatedstates
Yeah, sorry you don't appreciate debate. You should try to learn how to appreciate it. It's all kinds of fun.
YA GOTTA SHARE...YA GOTTA CARE!!!!
ReplyDeleteAlso ponies you are being sillies...well most of you anyway
/co/ needs to hop off Ponychan's dick. Seriously bro you've been choking on it for at least an hour or two. Breathe.
ReplyDeleteITT: Everyone's mad. /co/, Ponychan, furries, /b/ EqD, I'm mad, everyfuckingone is mad. How about taking the dick out your asses!?
ReplyDeleteFUCK!
Bleah.
ReplyDeleteNate here, waiting for the war to stop -_-;
ReplyDeleteTruthfully I thought the comic was funny, but I just want all this rage to stop. :*(
@Cosmic Socks
ReplyDeletePonies are serious business :P
While we do already have a bad name as is, I don't think that comic was really the worst, or that it really maters now. It's gone. (Thank you Seth.) -_-"
ReplyDeleteThis shitstorm is at least 20% cooler than any FPK argument ever!
ReplyDelete540 posts wut.
ReplyDeleteHmm...I initially thought that people were overreacting to your post but thanks to the snapshot supplied by one of the anons up there...
ReplyDelete...yeah, that 2nd one wasn't very subtle. So personally, I think you made a good call on removing it, Seth.
why the fuck are people bitching.
ReplyDeleteyou're on the internet. grow up and deal with it, or leave.
there are commercials on tv that are more suggestive and shown to people of all ages. if you live a sheltered life, it will only be worse when reality come crashing down around you. the only reason this might be considered offensive is because other people have told you so.
god damn it. whats wrong with everyone?
inb4 i get linked to a story along the lines of "what my daughter witnessed two cartoon ponies doing that will scar her for the rest of her life"
any takers?
SETHISTO
ReplyDeleteYES IM TYPING IN CAPS FOR YOUR ATTENTION
HOLY CRAP
ReplyDeleteimplications
hey kids, Pinkie Pie was having passionate lesbian sex with Rainbow Dash in that comic. Tongues going everywhere, saliva landing on the ground (and other bodily fluids).
The above was worse then the actual comic. But let's see if i can leave this comment here for all to see.
First one is awesome; I could really see Trixie doing that.
ReplyDeleteThat second one actually had great art...
Too bad it was excessively odd.
I don't shipfics, or shipping comics if they're just cute and innocent.
But holy jeez.
Anyway, it still had good art.
@Sethisto I'm OK with this.
ReplyDeleteI just wish he'd make a saucy section for 18+ :\
ReplyDeleteCould someone tell me the name of #2 so i can find it on devart.
ReplyDeleteumm... someone put a link to the original comic up. I. HAVE. TO. SEE. IT. NOW.
ReplyDeletehttp://thexxxx.deviantart.com/#/d41snz0
ReplyDeleteMuch obliged. You may need a DA account to actually follow the link directly, if you don't have a DA account just go to the main part of the address ending with .com and select the link on the page for "Over a Rainbow - Clop Lite"
You guys still going on about the comic? lol
ReplyDeleteInternet is serious business, guys.
ReplyDeleteLoldrama. Seriously, this is approaching furry-level drama. That's right, I said it. U mad brony?
Porn on the internet? WHODA THUNK?!
ReplyDeleteLet's all overreact why don't we?
@Sethisto
ReplyDeleteDude, you REALLY need to disable anon comments for this place. XD
Well, now, that links to both SFW and NSFW versions of this comics were posted in this thread at least 50 times, I can definitely say - GREAT SUCCESS censor Nazis.
ReplyDeleteZe internet is saved from the horrible suggestive comic, and nobody browsing EqD will ever find it now.
NOT.
@Sali Admittedly enough, the majority of stupid and uneducated comments came from namefriends in this thread.
ReplyDeleteThat's a shocker.
@Anonymous
ReplyDeletePerhaps.
@Sali
ReplyDelete*to me
Typing too freaking fast for my own good.
All of these prudish people are exactly why I don't like visiting here anymore. Also, this isn't exactly a children's site, so why does everyone keep saying it is? There is PMV's featured that have swearing in it!
ReplyDeletesee, it's funny, because it proves trixie is worst pony.
ReplyDeleteJust put a warning underneath it. If people don't like it then don't click on it. As for us maintaining our reputation....well R34 is going to pop up no matter what, and I like to think we won't let it define us (furries I'm looking at you) so there is little to worry about.
ReplyDeletetl:dr
Guys stop bitching. It really doesn't matter that much.
@sali
ReplyDeleteFuck that noise, anon comments are the way to go. Ignore the idiots...its really not that difficult
And then Sethisto accidentally the shitstorm. Btw comic with Trixie is great (and powerful).
ReplyDeleteWell i think it may be over now guys... maybe im being a bit optimistic.
ReplyDeleteFIRST
ReplyDeleteI love you Seth.
ReplyDelete@Anonymous
ReplyDelete'THEY ALL COME FROM TROLLS WHO TRY TO GET YOU TO REMOVE IT JUST TO FEEL ACCOMPLISHED etc. etc.'
-nope.avi
While I agree with Seth's decision to remove it, I still agree with the right for those who disagree, such as yourself, to voice their opinion. Accusing all the people who disagree with you of trolling is a bit of a cop-out
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteThey were posted by 3rd party commenters and not on the actual blog. There is a difference, and you know it
