Pretty much every aspect of the fandom was hit in some way, including various stats for those of you who are interested in that sort of thing. Even Lauren Faust threw her two cents in. I'm just glad it didn't turn into one of those "look at these sad adults playing with ponies" articles. I was nervous, considering she asked for a picture of me in a (Which you can find near the middle of the article).

This is a great thing. I hope every single person who doesn't understand the whole pony movement will eventually be directed to this article -- it's one of the best "explanations for a normal person" I've yet seen.

A good article, but it makes me wonder again. I have seen a lot of articles, discussions and reports, listened to podcasts and yet nopony can tell why the show is so loved. This article doesn't really deal with this either.
ReplyDeleteWhile I recall this has been a question that popped up every day back in January and February, nowdays people just give up and accept it. Ponies rule. Period.
And to be honest, I think that's the only thing we can do. I myself have spent hours trying to word why I love these sugary equines but in the end, I have always failed.
So yeah. No need to analyze, just accept the wonder of ponies :)
