There is not enough "d'awww" in the world to express my love for this story. :D
It was adorable. And the Celestia/Luna Snuggie thing was hilarious. I have to say, though, I thought the ending could have used a bit more build-up. I mean, I saw it coming from the start, but it seemed like there was little precedence for it in the story. I think just expanding the last part a little bit to show some more uncertainty, rather than just awkwardness, would do it.

Ahahahaha, that was hilarious. Perfectly awkward, random-pinkie was perfect, the Luna (Lulu, lol)/Celly scene was funny, and that ending was somewhat predictable but fit well.

The writing came across as rather clunky!
An enjoyable read to be sure. Got to feel bad for Big Mac, though you have to wonder how many stallions in Ponyville would kill to have his problem.

Not really feeling this one to be honest @___@ I love Big Mac too but I'm not so sure I'm into every single pony in Ponyville acting like they're in heat.

the show should definitely have a big-mac centered episode like this. it makes for a good moral at the end, too.
Love the sisterly interaction between Trollestia and Luna in these.
Poor Big Mac. Him and Fluttershy or him and Rainbow Dash would make a good couple. Though I'd prefer Dash to be with Applejack.
The second story was pretty good as well. I loved Luna's reactions to her sisters jokes.

For some reason, Big Mac/Derpy makes some sense, they're both workaholics, both don't say much and both like to just get on with things
The Bigmac one was jus kinda meh to me but it was cute, it felt a bit slow in spots and othertimes almost rushed? Dunno how else ta explain it.
The second one is very cute though and I'm curious to see how it'll go, looking forward to seeing more.
I've seen more well written fics, but it has such an aura of pure adorableness to it that it's made up for mostly.

Big Mac's Big Explanation.... okay, not a bad idea; having him avoid relationships out of fear of a bad temper. But excessively wordy--- especially for the character in question!--- and really over melodramatic at points.
his second problem... that the mares who seem interested in him and that HE is interested in... don't seem to NEED any stallion in their lives.... that had more interesting potential but it was handled rather tritely. "My goodness, we've become independent!" *facepalm*
And really, the whole conversation is the sort of thing that someone like Macintosh would have in confidence with just one of them, not standing there delivering it like a speech to a group.
I'm sorry.. I liked the first story but the second? I'm afraid not.
Mac? Anger issues? Ok, I can allow for it.
But the dialogue where they realize they're 'self sufficient' is.. bad, honestly. And even at the end, they're patronizing in the extreme and go right back to their old ways.
Er.. sorry. Not my cuppa.
Wow, that's some mighty failtastic sexism there, Mr. Author. That's not how self sufficiency works at all. Or gender relations. Seriously, what the hell.

Sorry, but... Big Mac's Big Explanation was kind of.....awful.
Well, it's not a complete fanfic in and of itself, it can't exist without "Big Macintosh's Adventure".
It was simply an extension as to why Big Mac didn't consider himself to be a worthy candidate for having a relationship with any of the Mane 5 (yes, I know there are 6, but the 6th is his sister :D )
Also, I thought I had left the comments option up on DA, when it really wasn't. It's up now, sorry.

I enjoyed Big Adventure (fun, but I think Five's Company did the idea better, even if Big Adventure did come first) and adored Luna's New Pet (Trollestia, but with tons for D'aaaaawwwwww added), but Big Explanation...
I can ignore the bit about the anger issues, even though I see no reason to believe that Big Mac from the show actually has any of them.
But the big speech at the end absolutely reeks of sexist double standards, and the only connection I was feeling as the speech continued was at how pissed I was getting at it.
Plus, it basically comes off as "stallions aren't really necessary except for reproduction," which literally caused me to say "What the Fuck" out loud as I finished it.
I was about to post a VERY mean comment until I read what TenchiFreak5 said. I second his opinion and thank him for putting it out so eloquently.
