That's a pretty good job with the plushie... The eyes look even more freakishly large than they are in the show, but a VERY good job on Rarity's hair and tail stylings.

I don't really want to be a neigh-sayer, because I'm sure she's cute and cuddly, but ... the shape of the stitches around her mouth kind of give her a ... well, a cod face.
(I'm so sorry! Maybe, uh, maybe the pattern could be altered a bit to avoid that? I'm not sure...)
This is my ex-wife's work. She's pretty talented. I don't think she meant for the seam to look like a mouth, but it's only a prototype. Still really cute.
