I think the flag would be the pastel colors of Celestia's mane. It looks like a real country's flag, except the country is populated by magical ponies.

Haha, thanks! By "zero effort" I meant I ended up just spicing together a couple of already-finished images and cropping as needed, I didn't feel right to claim much effort about it :B
