I don't watch alot of the pmv's but this was an awesome set.
The first one was really nice - that kind of montage thing works well with mlp clips. Great song with some surprisingly appropraite parallels. And thinking of Nixon as Gilda...it all makes sense now. Is there anything Equestrians don't explain better?
The second one was cute too, as much for the song as the clips with it.
The third one was well done, I'm surprised it's taken this long for somebody to do such a well known one as Mad World.
Brentalfloss and ponies, One of a very small number of things that I am willing to call "Epic" without feeling stupid. But it is hard to think of anything else to call it. Me and My friends sing that song before drinking seasons.
Holy crap, first Lux Aeterna from Requiem For a Dream in the last post, and now Mad World from Donnie Darko??? My two FAVORITEST end-of-movie songs EVAR?!?!?
2) Brental floss actually commented on this. I bet the creator of the PMV is going "omigoshomigoshomigosh". Also does this mean Brentalfloss is a brony? Bronyfloss?
#1 Was awesome! I love that song, and some of the cuts were HILARIOUS. Grinning ear to ear the whole way through (btw, if anypony hasn't seen the WoW lip dub for this song, look it up on YouTube!).
#2 Had some of the most perfectly appropriate scene choices I have EVER seen in a PMV! Also, I had never heard that song before, so I lol'd at that too!
#3 I was a bit disappointed. I REALLY love that song, but some better scene choices, and maybe some well placed black & white and other colorless filters would have made MLP fit the song a whole lot better
