Answer: Yes, but nopony, including BambooDog himself, is quite sure exactly what that story is yet. Basically all we know so far is that they are all connected somehow. Check out BD's dA page (it's the source link) for rampant speculation.

As I'm not a pokemon fan I'm afraid I'm not aware of such a thing.
It's really just a reference to my favorite natural Hot sauce. which is a blend of Naga Joloki, Fatalii Chiles, Red Savina Habaneros, and Orange Habaneros. beacuse it's a blend it's a far cry from a pure Joloki pepper sauce which is normally in the million+ range but it has the best flavor as it's a mix of not just the hottest but most flavorful peppers.
The Drawing it's self is a double meaning depending on who's looking at it. From a none hot sauce fan point of view: (Poor Pinkie) From a Hot sauce lover's point of view: (Tears of joy.) The first time somebody gives you a really good bottle of hard to find stuff... you cry, you weep, and than you fall in love.
That was very likely the look on my face the first time I had good hot sauce. "Oh dear Celly what have I done..."
Plenty of Sauce, plenty of Epic and a whole ton of Awesome.

There's an episode in the first season of pokemon where pikachu is seen with a bottle of ketchup running. It seems the little yellow bugger loves the stuff. At one point though something cuts the bottle open and pikachu becomes exceptionally sad because of it.
