We are most certainly not going to make a video making these ones. The previous baked bads recipe almost made us throw up, and I think these might just kill somebody.

Those are either mealworms (Tenebrio Molitor) or superworms (Zophoba Morio), perfectly safe and tasty beetle larvae.

What kind of worms? I personally would suggest silk worms but they are all good. Very high in protein!
