It's worth noting that it's very easy to miss this line. I beat the game with out hearing it, and I only found out about it when I was reading through the game's script for lines that had been removed. At first I thought this was one of them.
There's a part when you're running from the Big Bad, and he's begging for you to come back. If you actually turn around and go back to him, you get to hear this gem as he monologues and realized he doesn't know how he's going to kill you.
Corrupted pony cores? Twilight Sparkle as the Fact Core pops to mind.
