I really hope the guest appearance thing happens for season 2. I can only imagine how ridiculous that episode will be, especially if they really are planning to ramp everything up for it (According to Flashinthepan at least).

Here's how I solved it:
1.Open Internet browser;
2.From the top menu click "Tools", then select "Internet Options";
3.Click the "Connections" tab;
4.If you use Dial-Up connection, choose your connection and click "Settings" button, if you use LAN connection, click the "LAN Settings" button in the "Local Area Network (LAN) Settings" group box.
5.Disable "Automatically Detect Settings" and enable "Use a proxy server";
6.In fields "Address" and "Port" type proxy name and proxy port number;
7.Enable "bypass proxy server for local addresses";
8.Click "OK".
Type this into "Address": 65.120.238.5
Type this into "Port":
8888

Hate to break it to you bronys, but I think that if he were to be on the show it would probably just be just a guest voice acting for a one-shot character like Trixie.
BUT if they do have a character that was like Al planned somewhere in season 2 then I could see them modifying them a little to fit Wierd Al.

I don't think anyone is honestly expecting any more than just a one shot guest actor appearance. I mean come on, the guy's busy with his own things as he is.
But just one shot would be incredibly awesome!

Was anyone expecting anything other than a one-shot guest appearance? Because that was all I was expecting.
And as much as I would love to see a pony version of Weird Al in a one-shot appearance, I'm more expecting just Weird Al to just do a guest appearance, like when he played Wreck-Gar for that one Transformer show.

I love Weird Al so much and this is great news! He's obviously impressed by the fanvids. I honestly don't think he'd be a regular character on MLP, more likely I think he'd be a guest star, but maybe it's best because that would make the episodes he would appear in more special!
