Spelling needs a bit of improvement.
This is an interesting idea, but it could definitely use a proof reader. The punctuation in particular could use some improvement. It also relies a little too much on the reader already knowing who and what everyone is (but that's normal for fanfiction).
That's surprisingly entertaining. :)
It's simple, interesting, and involve video games. :D

we need a tf2 mod which adds pony characters as well as human characters so your on the blu team you get killed you switch to engie and get a 50% chance of spawning as applejack or the engie. although red team gets no ponies =P

Poor Trixie. Being a Medic can be a hard time, whether they never protect you or annoy the living hell out of you by spamming the 'MEDIC!' button.
Chapter 6 was not as enjoyable as other chapters, but still pretty good. Having played the Medic more than any class in TF2 it was strange to me, when I play TF2 people don't reject my heals. I did like the beginning where it turns out she has only killed 5 people in a week. When Trixie chose medic at the beginning I saw this coming, but it was a little different than what I thought. My favorite part of the entire story is the part where The Scout is revealed to be a Brony, and Rainbow Dash plays TF2.

I liked it, but I think you've relied too heavily on readers having pre-existing familiarity with the source materials. Also, you've got persistent mechanical errors, most notably with you dialogue.
Correct: "It works like this," she said.
Incorrect: "It works like this" she said.
Also incorrect: "It works like this." She said.
A style guide or a good proofreader would greatly improve this story.

To be honest, it's kind of lacking. I think the only reason this has 5 stars is because it's the only TF2 crossover here. Well not for long. I'LL BE RIGHT BACK!
This is amazing, the story is awesome and you capture the characters very well. The only thing that I question is the Fluttershy killing people, yes she easily could have shot that sniper because it was about to shoot the BLU sniper, but then just going with it from there on is a little unbelievable, but that is just me nitpicking. I have one question though: Why BLU team? I'm not complaining, just wondering.
I'll be honest... I feel that it's kinda lacking.
Character and plot development seem very sparse and they don't really feel like they flow very naturally. A lot of things feel particularly forced and while I like the general idea behind a lot of the story, it feels like too many characters are just too easygoing given everything that's happening. The ponies are too calm in the face of being zapped to another universe and then shoved into some surreal, gory, confused, and yet horrifically comedic battle, while the TF2 characters are like "yeah. Talking ponies. 'Scool."
The story, I dunno, it just feels lacking. Granted that makes it sorta feel in a way like TF2 I guess. I've only played it a few times with friends but I still have no idea what the story really is... and believe me I've looked high and low for what the story might be. I'm not really sure there is one. That being said, while it might "fit" with the original article, remember that the point of a story, fanfiction in particular, is to give a narrative that expands upon an idea. And aside from throwing ponies into the mix, this really doesn't do a good job of that.
I'll admit, the humor is rather spot on. I believe the words "horrifyingly comedic" that I used earlier sum up TF2 rather well, and this certainly delivers on that feel. How well it mixes with ponies... I'm not really sure. The fact of the matter is the story is too flimsy and the characters too bland all of a sudden to really give all that much of an impact. I suspect what MrStevens said is right. The only reason this is so popular and has five stars is simply because it's a TF2 crossover.
In short, I really think this would do better as an actual mod for the game, rather than a fanfiction. The story is pretty much nonexistent and too full of character inconsistencies and plot holes to really make a good fanfic. Two stars.
Finished part 8. Now, the story needs to be proof read. Rather than that, it was funny reading how ponies and the mercs of TF2 interact with each other. Three stars

First off, let me congratulate the author on giving us a credible reason why someone as smart as the Derpy we see here is regarded as stupid...quite simply, she's more or less the Grimlock that appears in IDW's comics continuity: someone with a fine mind hampered by a faulty speech algorithm/stroke-riddled Broca's area.
Also, now that Saaaaxtooooon Haaaaalllllllle has taken over where Team BLU left off, RED's woes are just beginning.
