Personally, I'm no big fan of social networks. I just don't get the point of it. I mean, all you really do is stalk people... kinda, if you understand my meaning.
Gah! The auto-language thing on it makes it hideous. Why is there never a "Oh for the love of my eyes make it turn back into English" button on any "web 2.0" site?
I made an account and gave it a name that was againet a terms of service that isn't posted...ANYWHERE. I was asked to change it and when I went to do it my account was deleted.
I made a new one to ask what the hell happened and I was just given an 'oops'.
I would join... if I have any a clue what to post on it, who to talk to, who to watch, etc. If the biggies like Madmax and such join and then talk with fans and such then I would see a reason.
Usually it's where you sign up, so you can see it before you make one instead of having to hunt for it.
Either way, I didn't have a problem with changing it. But being asked to, going to do it then finding out I was deleted and having the only explanation being 'oops' is what kinda pissed me off.
I don't think there's something else out there that can compete against Twitter as of now. It's concept is very simple and people are loving it. That site you created is actually good but I just can't compare it yet with Twitter.
