You just want to tell her that it's always, ALWAYS going to be okay to be her.
Nice story. I don't see Fluttershy really happy with the wonderbolts. Worst, I see her sad if Rainbow Dash didn't manage to become one and see Fluttershy become one and not appreciate it. She did the right thing.

No Part 2. There's too much emotionally riding on this single moment, too much of an air of finality and resignation. The full effect and climax has already happened; anything that follows this will by definition be Falling Action.
Sometimes it's best to just let something be beautiful.
