Wow, this scene is a lot more powerful without the background music. You can hear Pinkie's voice echoing through the Everfree Forest. Really puts me on edge.
With the music it's safer and funnier.

It's still partially blocked by a "poof" sound effect, but now I'm willing to accept it as "Ghostly" and not "Ghostie" thanks to this.
I've always suspected it was Giggle at the "Ghostly", myself; this video seems to indicate that is, indeed, the case.
its somehow weird with only audio and only lyrics. its like when you try to reassure yourself that everything is going to be okay when its not.
kinda the opposite effect that the original song had on me.

Just for an explanation. This is PROBABLY from the iTunes video which has 5.1 Surround. It probably got messed up in the encode so that only the Center channel is heard (the music comes from the L and R speakers)

Since we already have the instrumental, I'd like to hear the Winter Wrap-Up acapella version. Singing ponies without instruments are surprisingly beautiful.
The video should probably be titled "What everypony else hears when Pinkie Pie sings" because that pony is crazy.

Evening came and the sky was soon cloaked in darkness by Nightmare Moon. Like Twilight Sparkle I did not sleep, into Equestria Daily I delved deep. I fought the horrors of MediaFire, tiptoeing around pop-ups, false links and sex-for-hire, emerging victorious from the mire with mp3's, my heart's desire! To end the day, just one more clip, from the Hub (I watched the zip). Oh Pinkie Pie, such a voice! As a clip, that was choice! Oh thank you Anon brony for uploading the zip, watching this raw is really a trip!
