It was beautiful, but only to those who've played chrono trigger. I've thought of writing a Fan Fiction called Pony Trigger. I dropped the idea though.
I do not fevorite many pony videos, but I couldn't not fave this. I thought it was amazing when I saw it and then you saw it and put it up here and then I got to see it again and then it was still amazing and yay I love the pony community :D

Trixie sounds like she could be Ozzie. Rarity for flea is a bit iffy as I'm still unsure what flea's gender is...(It's a long time running joke that Flea doesn't have a gender as she's a mosnter creature taking human form)

For the first few seconds I was 'Eh?' Then for the rest of the video I had a huuuge grin on my face. And now I am going to download the video for the audio. I will listen to this further.

I would've assumed Big Mac for the role of Chrono. He's male, he's tough, and most importantly, he doesn't talk much. :D Dash is a little too... uh... loud.
Possibly Dash could be Robo-Dash, since a lot of his attacks involve crashing into or blasting lasers (rainbows) at enemies.
Nope it's got to be Rainbow Dash as Chrono. It's for several reasons.
1. Big Mac is too big and bulky. (Chrono is not that large or bulky) 2. Though Chrono may not talk, who says Rainbow has to say anything when they can conjecture stuff from her facial expressions. (Despite never saying anything everyone defers to Chrono as if he had) 3. Chrono does impossiby loud things with electricity, Rainbow Dash kicks a cloud to create lightning. (Big Mac reads as an earth magic user, whereas seeing Rainbow Dash using a Luminaire is more likely as well as Sonic Rainboom) 4. Rainbow Dash is wiry and would look cool doing a cyclone attack, not to mention other things. (Like wearing Chrono's clothes and if you mess up her mane a bit she'd be the pony equivalent) 5. RAINBOW SWORD! (Oh, come on I don't even have to say anything this time)
You are not realizing how much Canterlot looks like it could fit into the Kingdom of Zeal. If the mountain were on a floating island, anyway.
You're also realizing how in Zeal, magic was a fact of life and treated similarly to a science, just like in Equestria.
You're ALSO realizing that some of the ponies who mysteriously have hourglass cutie marks may well have access to Gates, and that Celestia could make Stun Stones at the drop of a hat, and that there are exactly as many ponies as main characters (+ Trixie for Magus), and that.....
The fact that I've been playing Chrono Trigger DS as of late (with a huge amount of nostalgia since I've also played the original) makes this even more amazing.

One she doesn't have a sister and two she wouldn't look as cool with a scythe as Luna would. But that's just my opinion.
