I can't say I got everything there is to this comic, but I laughed and smiled. And it's got Pinkie Pie and other cute stuff. This gets my EVERLASTING ADORATION. Or at least the kind that lasts a more than a week.
the punchline is...well there's no actually a punchline, it's just baby pinkie eating a cupcake ;p an oatmeal cupcake (and yes, they are actually delicious just like Don_ko said) :D
Theres some errors in this comic that I would like to point out. A newborn hoarse is called a Foal & they are called that for the first year of life.
The term filly applies to young female horses only & I'm pretty sure randy is a boys name so when he turns 1 he be called a colt not a filly.

One possibility is the one on the right is Cupckaes Pinkie and the one on the left is Bat Mare.

Other way around, the left one is Cupcakes Pinkie (she never got her sugar and became a bitter psycho) and the one on the right is our Pinkie Pie.
