@Anonymous Well, I don't think she meant to rip off Pinkie's head. I think she just meant to pull her in close, but her frail corpse of a body just snapped from the force of the pull. I mean, look at Big Mac. His jaw didn't just drop, it completely broke away from his head! And that's why chainsaws are 200% more effective on the undead than the living. Cuts through 'em like a flaming sword through softened butter.
