It's based on a supposedly true story.
Some guy at /co/ recounted how Thunderbirds did similar stunt while he was alone on a hill, waving at them. Quite damn awesome if it's true.

Regardless, it was a sweet and simple little tale fit to the MLP:FiM world. Generic... okay. (The Thunderbirds story is implausible, but it's fine for a cute and personalized fanfic.)
It could use a touch more polishing, but as a oneshot we can't expect hardcore vetting or whatnot. (So I won't nitpick. ;) ) It's also nice to see that you're throwing some shorter tales in along with the much longer pieces.
Yeah, well, I wrote it stream of consciousness style "five minute fluff" in a few minutes when somebody challenged me to write something fluffy.
Would have been nice to see Crossette suddenly get her cutie mark, something impossible like wings or clouds to make it just a bit tragic to pluck at the ol' heartstrings.
Another one that "Does not exist." I think this one might've gotten taken down in the Google kerfuffle a little while ago.
