I really like all of the main cast ponies, so I had a hard time picking for this poll. In the end I picked Fluttershy because I don't have any OCs (I'm not talking fan-characters here) that act like that, nor have I made any friends that act like her. So it's really hard for me to relate. All of the others that were in the poll either correlate with a character I've already had well enough that I kinda have a feel for how they might act in a lot of situations, or they remind me of people I know in person.

Dash is kind of the same way; she's highly competitive and justifiably proud of her abilities, but she never hurts people intentionally. Don't bring up Applejack -- I'm speaking emotionally. Anyway, she knows AJ will give as good as she gets. (And the make-up sex is awesome. *cough*)
Sometimes, yes, that means they both act like douches; but if they didn't have anywhere to grow (see Pinkie), they would never need to learn anything.
Which is not, naturally, to say I actually dislike Pinkie. ^_^ I just feel she's the one character who could be removed without really affecting the group dynamic. Also, "laughter" is bullshit. Her element should have been "joy". Laughter stops the minute you stop laughing; joy will keep your spirits up in the worst spots.
