It does say 24 hours, so hopefully all this nonsense will fix itself. But until then, the side bar links still work, but actual opening of posts on the index does not, hooray. I've never done this before, so if anyone knows if I screwed something up let me know, but I'm pretty sure it just takes time.
*edit* I guess I'm supposed to actually wait 24 hours before setting that as the domain ;p It should all work now.
